I have always loved this store, my sister is a longtime, loyal customer of the brand as well. We have recently shopped a couple of times in the last few months and walked out with nothing. The assistant manager was extremely unprofessional. She stunk like alcohol and could barely put her words together. I was not only embarrassed for her but for the company. Very shocked this is going on in this type of store. Very unfortunate because the rest of the staff is great. Shop with caution. Store smells like alcohol.

Well, the first thing which comes to mind - it's Huge. This shopping location was built for shopaholics who desire premium goods at bargain prices. In short, Woodbury Common has it all. Woodbury Common has established its reputation as one of the most popular, and largest, shopping outlets in the nation. it is located in Central Valley, NY, just an hour North of New York City. It is a popular day trip from New York, and as a result, many vehicles operate between New York City and the outlets. shopping location was opened in 1985 and has slowly grown over the years since. It now welcomes more than 13 million visitors a year, and it continues to grow as its current structure is renovated and new stores are added to the already extensive selection of shops. The giant contiguous outlet store now has 220 outlets and unlike neighboring outlets, it has high-end brands as well like Gucci, Lacoste, Dior, Versace, Prada, Valentino, Balenciaga, etc... The layout of the outlet shops is quite nice and cleverly done. The shops are grouped in Stepford neighborhood groupings such as Niagara, Saratoga, and Hudson Valley. so, plan your shopping properly as you can't cover the whole outlet in a single day for sure! Restaurants and eateries are prevalent in Woodbury Common, as well. If you're looking for something quick, you can check out Shake Shack, South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries, or Au Bon Pain, among others. For a sit-down meal, it does have an Applebees! Also, there are many bistros, food trucks, and a large "Market Hall" with dozens of food stores. Parking: the first time I was seeing Valet parking in any outlet mall, we were there on the 3rd of July and the parking was almost full, of course, we were not going to Pay $10 that too in the outlet area, we searched on google and seems, the outlet has 4-floor parking garage behind Old Navy store, ample of parking. We parked at level 2 and started our shopping from old navy.

I can see why Woodbury Outlets is praised so much... People globally visit these outlets and I had the honor and privilege to visit Woodbury recently on my trip to NY/NJ. The outlet is HUGE -- it's about 30-45 minutes away from NYC or NJ, depending on where you're coming from and it's quite frankly in the middle of the mountains. They have EVERYTHING - starting from your typical Vineyard Vines and Nike all the way to your high end brands, like Gucci, acne studios and Bottega Vennetta. You will see tourists here with luggage cases filling up their suitcases with clothes they buy -- it's quite interesting to see. We also saw buses that come here for trips -- it's truly a magnificent mall and it's definitely worth visiting if you're visiting the area. I didn't get anything but I'd love to come here again if I were to have the opportunity!

Was here for the day and love this place but today the food court got flooded and everyone was told that we had to leave due to flooding. I found this disappointing because I didn't even get to order my food. Most of us were shocked that this happened but they really need to be prepared for rain because its not fair to make everyone leave. People drive from far to come here so this is unacceptable.

Pretty awesome outlets right here in the HV! It took me long enough to get out here but I'm so glad I did! Used to bigger and better outlets in another state, I didn't think this place had anything on them but surprisingly I was wrong! You don't ever have to wait for a sale ever again as this outlet makes sure to always have a sale. The great thing is everything is outdoors, but that's also the downside! Especially in the cold, winter, months. Either way it def has its benefits! Main one being no more crowded indoor malls/outlets trying to get to a store. Also, you can park in the parking garage or even park closer to the store you're trying to go to without having to needlessly park at another extreme and go through the "tunnels" of indoor malls haha.Of course, in the winter months it's FREEZING but you easily warm up in the stores while shopping. I'm sure the summer months are hot as ever but you can cool off in the stores. So it's not too bad!LOVE their food court! They have awesome spots and local chains but a little bit of everything for everyone! With awesome stores like Nikes, Adidas, Columbia, Aerie and more, you're definitely going to catch outlet prices with additional discounts! On the nicer/fancier side we gave stores like Roberto Cavalli and Dolce & Gabbana. Pretty cool for an outlet!Overall, great outdoor outlet. Bathrooms will always and forever be a complaint but hey, they're bathrooms and they're there. Put on some comfortable shoes because you'll be doing a lot of walking! Then you can eat your carbs :p

Definitely one of my favorite places to shop. You can find great deals on your favorite designer brands. It used to be difficult to find parking here but its not that bad anymore. You come here on a good day, you'll leave here happy.

Highly recommend you visit the Woodbury Outlets. I've been to outlets in other states, but these are really unique. There are so many sores! They stores at in the middle of the Catskills, so it's really windy. The outlets area Simon outlet. There's over 250 stores! You'll notice that many people are speaking foreign languages. There's also a bus that comes from the city. They even have lockers! They have some really high-end stores and you'll have to wait in line to get in. It gets really busy! There's Valentino, Gucci, Prada, Tory Burch, Nike, Celine, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Polo Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Burberry, Coach, The North Face and so many more stores. You can't possibly do all your shopping one day, especially with the crowds. There's lots of free parking. They have a great gourmet chocolate shop. Don't miss Lady M at Market Hall, their food court. It's huge!! There are a lot of food options. There's free wifi at the outlets. Market Hall has an information booth where you can get a map. The woman working there was really nice and welcoming. Market Hall has bathrooms, too - they were so clean even though the outlets were packed! There is also a New York visitors center inside. Highly recommend you visit!

I've been here a lot of times in the past couple of years. We passed by after a hike nearby and most stores were down to an electrical outage. Thankfully the stores I wanted to check out like Nike and adidas were operating. Always find a great deal. The one thing that threw me off was the parking. The place was packed and they have different areas for free vs paid parking. Also beware of long lines for certain stores. All in all, definitely worth the trip and it can get dangerous because you can spend the day there just shopping!

For the amount of stores they have here in a "Outlet" you'd think it shouldn't be too hard to find outlet prices right? Wrong. Most of the stores in here are at regular pricing no adjustments or discounts of any type. When here it's best you think if it as a mall. So as not to dissapiunt yourself in the process of spending the same (or more) money you could've spent miles closer to home. Selections would more then likely be much better at local stores too. RL has list their damned minds thinking I'm about to pay $100 for one jogging suit for a 6 month old. Register girl also informed us it would get even pricier soon. That was alleviating. Not. Really. But, yeah. I'm good on this Mall.
