“I’m from out of state, Georgia to be exact and my dog became I’ll with a gastric issue. It was a Saturday morning prior to New Years and the doctor was booked and working alone. Though she was busy like 2 other larger practices that turned me down, she worked me in. Yes it isn’t a fancy place like the others may be but you won’t get the service and compassion like she gives. May I also STATE, she doesn’t gouge you like the others. My jaw dropped when I saw how little the bill was, plus she gave me several samples of GI foods to give my dog. If I lived within 50 miles of Main Street veterinary clinic I would go there in a heartbeat!”
“We have been going to West End since 2020 when my ferret Luna was diagnosed with adrenal disease, they took her condition seriously and did everything they could to assist Luna and us throughout the process. Dr. Santiago and her staff have always treated us and my ferret like family with the best care possible, and later my two french bulldogs we brought into the family. They always answered all of our questions and always got into contact with us to check up on Luna's condition after a procedure was done. I would not trust any other facility with my fur babies, West End truly cares about you and your pets.”

“My 3 pets have been patients there since they were babies, 2 passed of old age and in the stony point office. Dr. Bosna and all the staff there are wonderful. The only issue I have is prices are way to high now, I cannot believe every time I go I walk out with a 500 dollar bill and now just for x-rays and sedation 997.00 dollars, I think this is my last pet because unfortunately having pets have become a luxury nowadays.”
“From 1st phone call for our 1st appointment it was stellar. Have a aging golden retriever my oldest of 3 dogs who needed immediate attention her current vet couldn't provide us. They saw us right away and immediately felt like family. No trying to soak us or pad the bill for unnecessary costly treatments. Prompt, kind and caring which sadly you don't come across often these days. We were nervous how our dog was during the night and on a full schedule today with surgeries and exams they took us in before they opened. The only down side is I wish they'd see humans Thanks Docs Dr. Smart and Dr Szpicek & Staff James Sadler, Lois Elise & G”

He is a fantastic vet that always prioritizes the health and safety of animals.My dog was a very nervous and stressed out dog that did not handle going to the vet very well. “1000% best vet's out there. They treat your pet like thier own. My pup loved them. He would nap in the office would happy leave the room with them when needed. Which he wouldn't do with other vet's. He would whine with other vet's. With West point team not a peep he loved them. Got so excited when I said he was going even when he had to get shots and blood drawn. They scheduled plenty of time to go over every little detail. To the very end. Above and beyond. Love calling them my vet.”
“My wife doesn't do reviews but I do. We took our boy to Kyle Tofflemire because he had an ulcer in his eye. He was amazing. Easy to talk to and he explained everything so well. If your pet has eye issues he is definitely the person to see.”

“We had an emergency with our Rottweiler, Brodi. He suddenly had an enlarged stomach and wasn’t eating food, only treats. He’s seemed super uncomfortable so we called and were able to be seen on a Sunday right away. Unfortunately Brodi had to be put to sleep, he had a tumor on his spleen and was bleeding internally ?. It was a difficult decision but the staff here at this hospital went above and beyond. From telling us how much everything will cost upfront, to laying out blankets and pillows for our boy, to giving us treats to give him , to letting us bring our corgi, Lelu, in to say her goodbyes, to the compassion that they all had for us and Brodi. His dr and nurses were amazing and I can’t thank them enough for being honest and helping our baby. Thank you for helping our boy”
“I reached out via pet chat, a vet tech informed the vet of my senior cat’s health emergency and called me within a few hours to ask about my pet. They told me I could bring my cat in immediately. They discovered his illness which was an abscesses tooth, provided antibiotic, and explained the next course of treatment. The vet techs and veterinarians are patient, address concerns, are thorough, and professional. I've been bringing my cat here for years and I highly recommend Banfield of Newburgh, NY.
