Absolutely thrilled with my recent visit to the Verizon Wireless store in Woodbury, NY! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and distinctly customer-focused.
Manager John and associate Kwame were particularly standout. John, with his in-depth knowledge and leadership, ensures that the store operates smoothly and that every customer interaction is top-notch. His approachable manner and dedication to solving problems set a high standard for the entire team.
Kwame was a delight to work with; his patience and expertise in explaining different plans and technology made the usually complex process of selecting a new phone and service plan absolutely seamless. He took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring that I made an informed decision that suited my specific needs.
The store itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest gadgets, which made my shopping experience even more exciting. It's rare to find such attentive and genuine customer service these days, and John and Kwame truly exceeded my expectations.
I left the store completely satisfied with my purchases and the service provided. For anyone in the Woodbury area looking for top-tier customer service and telecommunications expertise, this Verizon Wireless store is undoubtedly the place to go. Kudos to John, Kwame, and their team for making what could have been a mundane chore into a remarkable shopping experience!

I do not understand these positive reviews. While I did get my new iPhone and it seems great, there were undisclosed fees, insurance of $17/month for the phone was added without telling me, and over-all lying. I do not recommend this store.

Rep was very helpful at this location.... resolved my issue.. while at the other locations, they were never able to resolve my issue until we went here

Both Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us switch over to Verizon- we had countless hours of horrible representatives on the phone with Verizon wireless customer support - and Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us. The really spent so much time fixing all of the problems we had and made sure we left with everything working properly. Really they put in a big effort!The manger is knowledgeable and quick to fix any kind of phone set up issues- and Omar spent days and hours helping us switch over to Verizon. Both employees were kind, calm and very helpful.(If only Verizon wireless trained their tell sales agents the same!)

Chris was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He explained the different Apple phones & plans that are currently available & after checking our data & storage usage recommended which plan was best for us. He ordered the my phone and transferred the apps while I waited. The process took about an hour and was very easy. I’ll definitely go back when my wife and daughter are ready to upgrade to a new phone. Thanks Chris.
