Justin and Town Total completely saved us. After trying all of our local/semi-local pharmacies from Montauk-Southampton we were given their contact and so luckily were put in touch with their pharmacist, Justin. At 2pm on a Friday we called them. They didn’t have the medicine made and on hand so Justin went into the back, looked through their inventory and was able to make enough to get us through the weekend (this was a very time sensitive prescription that I needed sooner than Monday). Upon arrival he came out, went over everything and was actually able to make the full amount needed so I don’t have to go back up post weekend. We’re endlessly thankful! Best experience we’ve had with a pharmacy!!

This is the best compounding pharmacy ever. Anytime I have a problem issue or question the staff and pharmacist not only go above and beyond but genuinely have the most caring hearts. They work to make sure you get your meds every month on time and never are there delays. The pricing is fantastic and I’d recommend anyone in need of a compounded medication to come to Town Total Compounding Pharmacy. They are like a family to me. God bless them.

I am so disappointed with this pharmacy at first they start out excellent which I always got my son medicine on time...but for the past 2 months i start to encounter problems to get my son refills on time, and also when you call they tell you a bunch of lies....this kind of behavior is really not appreciated.....when I go back to the hospital am going to let the head doctor know...

Updating my review from 2 to 5 stars. The pharmacy contacted me the next day and resolved the issue, which I was deeply appreciated.I didn't give 5 stars because I was quite frustrated after spending one and a half hours trying to update a refill delivery info and not getting anywhere. I wish I hadn't had to travel so far to get the issue resolved.Original Review as the following:I recently encountered issues with this pharmacy after being mistakenly charged the incorrect price of $168, three times more than the correct price, after calling we solved it, which is fine.My main concern was tracking my medication delivery since it needs to be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. I had missed a previous delivery which set me back $60.When I reached out to their customer service, they pointed to FedEx as the cause of the issue, claiming they couldn't do anything. Oddly enough, all my other FedEx deliveries provide a tracking history in my account, but not this one. I attempted to register online and on mobile, hoping to enable tracking updates through my email. However, I found their online tools cumbersome and not user-friendly, and the attempt of managing refills online failed after 1 hour trying.I'm perplexed as to why my doctor recommended this pharmacy. I'll be discussing with my physician about changing pharmacies for future prescriptions.

Excellent care and attention with all of our prescriptions. My family member cannot swallow pills and Town produces her Rx for her as melting “candies.” It has really made a difference in her health.
