As someone who has never really worked out in my life, I wanted to get in shape but was reluctant joining a gym and basically having no clue what to do. Along came the 6 week challenge at the Coliseum. I read so many positive reviews that I decided to give it a shot. It has been one of the best decisions of my life. Yes, they kick your butt. Yes, they push you further than you thought possible... I have become addicted to the workouts, the strong sense of community, and the impeccable guidance of the coaches Mike, Elise, Bruce, Tina, and Ashley. At the end of 6 weeks, I am down 10.4 lbs and 4% body fat. Seeing those results, having more energy, and feeling mentally and physically stronger, has made me join as a regular member. Can't wait to see what the future holds! I love this place!

I joined the New You Challenge just over a year ago. I was hesitant at first if I would be able to complete one workout, let alone three workouts a week for a six week period. I had some previous surgeries and was worried if the workouts could be scaled to match my ability and protect my areas of weakness.

Throughout my life I have joined multiple gyms, tried multiple fad diets and never succeeded. So I gave up. I gave up for about 10 years. Then I joined the New You Challenge because I hated the way my life was gearing and let me tell you that joining was a life changer for me.
