I honestly never take the time to leave reviews, but this location made me feel extremely uncomfortable, rushed, and unpleasant while shopping here not once, but twice. I don’t know how the workers are trained here, and I understand that stores are trying to crack down on stolen goods, but the way I was stalked while shopping not only by the worker, but security guard was ridiculous. They stared down my shopping bag, followed me from aisle to aisle. It was such a horrible shopping experience.

Mary was so friendly and helpful, this is the second visit where she helped me and she's always so welcoming, helpful, and so lovely to speak with. This was at Store: Grapevine Court, Route 32

I give it one star because there is no less, the very unpleasant tall blonde cashier, after buying some sneakers for almost 300 dollars. The worst service in the entire Woodbury complex. The rest didn't try to help either. A store that can certainly be passed over compared to all the others in the complex.

The worst Saks Off 5th Store. We were just trying to get out of the outlet through the store. The securities acted like they were gonna lose a 1 million lottery ticket: "We close at 8, alright?!" Dude, just do your work and leave your work at 8. We customers are not blind. We would have given a zero star if there was such an option.

Hate the fact that the bus stop is right in front of the store makes it hard to load and onload my passengers

If you want to return any items, be ready for them to subtly imply you wore them first (which I did not) and for them to convince you to try and keep them. Also, not the biggest and best selection. I most likely won’t be returning; there are much better stores out there than this one.

My favorite store including the 5th Avenue location in NYC for over 50 years. Need I say more. I will add although it can be pricey I have wonderful bargains through the years in all departments
