While on my trip to NYC my family and I decided to stop by the Woodbury commons outlet mall. I went to the Saint Laurent store, hoping to have a look at their belts as I was in search of one. I found their belt and leather goods at this location has more variety with better selection of products than the Saint Laurent Outlet near my city (Toronto). I ended up purchasing one of their belts since I liked it very much and they happened to have my size, which is a quite popular and therefore a bit harder to find. I also wanted to give a shout-out to my sales associate Victor for helping me out with any questions I had during my time. He was very friendly and even offered my family and I good travel info since we were planning to visit NYC the next day. Will definitely give this spot another visit if I’m ever in the area again!

Excellent service from Victor Adam, he is so kind and helpful ?? He helps you no matter how much you buy, he made me feel very comfortable and at ease in the store because the truth is when you go to luxury stores most of the sellers do. You don't buy a lot of money, they don't give you the importance that we all deserve as customers, but Víctor makes all customers feel very comfortable with his excellent customer service. I would come back just so he could take care of me

Beautiful store and bags but not friendly. They have many employees but were all standing around the RTW looking at their phones. No greeting on the way in or out. The CS was much better before they moved into the larger space.

This location has some of the nicest and most helpful staff. My husband came in around 7, I waited outside because I had my puppy with me. They allowed me to come into the store to look around with my husband and welcomed my puppy. They helped me search for what was needed and offered us a beverage. We Worked with Ramon and another female who’s name I did not catch. Both amazing, would highly recommend to anyone

Bad customer service . The saleswomen who works there told me don’t take the pictures of the bag while i took some to send for my sister to get her opinion… while that style they have a lot in website… i think they should leave the notice sign or take the customers to the private room to show them their bags I should be better

The quality of the bags in this house is very poor, and they don't admit that the quality is the problem. Leave it all on the guests. I bought my wife a $2,000 bag as a gift. The skin began to peel in less than two months. Contact customer service and tell me it's my problem. The quality of his bag is fine. I would like to ask which brand of bag is peeling after less than 2 months. The company's products are of poor quality, and the company has no credit. I personally do not recommend this company's products, especially bags!!

Although I have to save for months and months to finance even one visit to this amazing gem of a store, it is so worth it. The sales team here is amazing and super helpful. I always seem to find some fantastic and unusual piece. On my most recent visit I found some incredible mink sandals. Have only worn them once thus far but the compliments were never-ending. A huge shoutout to the sales staff, they are over-the-top helpful.
