Amazing first experience the owner Lou is an absolute sweetheart and knows his stuff! The meat is top quality and fresh and the store is super clean. Prices are reasonable and worth it for the quality of meat and service you get. I’m a customer for life now and will not go anywhere else. Best butcher on Long Island hands down!!!

The feta/spinach and cheddar/broccoli chicken burgers were outstanding as were the turkey burgers.
The freshness stands out with minimal seasoning.
Lou is an outstanding guy to deal with.
The BBQ is great too along with the sides.

Excellent quality meat. Hamburgers are comparable to an expensive steakhouse.steaks also very good. They staff are also very helpful!

Lou and Josh and staff provide excellent service and are very friendly. We just moved into the neighborhood and they went out of their way serving Lisa and I. We have tried the steaks, burgers, chicken and salmon. All I can say is WOW!!

Best butcher on all of Long Island! Their meat is beautiful and exceptionally tender! The taste is better than your local top restaurants! I cannot say enough about the quality of the prepared foods. Try ribs!!! Also Baked chicken tenders!! Bliss and Sirloin burgers phenomenal, Turkey/chicken burgers are all meat, no filler. Holiday menus are excellent! Try the carrot soufflé!
