Its a nice store.
My experience is not good we went their in September 2nd week .lady on cash so rude. She didn't give us packed pieces i bought 4 bags and 1 watch.
She put all bags in 1 carryon bag. One bag without sling she packed . In sale it cost me $299 but without sling what to do.
Now i am paying for her unprofessional work

Poor service from the store manager Christine, always bought new unwrapped bags from this store, this time I bought 4 and she tells me that they were all unwrapped now… so you only have 3 examples of each of the bags in store…

Took 4 calls to place and order and it is still not placed. I kept calling and they take all the details but no feedback whatsoever. Called another time and apparently they guarantee it will go through but I am yet to see that. It’s been 10 days since first call. (There were not sizes available on the day of the visit but they got shipment later apparently). District manager who authorizes overnight shipments is on holiday and apparently there is no coverage while they are out. Basically how this stop operates.

Huge outlet store, so many good stuff, lots of inventory for men/women clothing, bags, accessories, shoes and jewelry. Most items are on sale, some have additional discounts as well. Associates are always walking around to help customers. Checkout process is easy. MK membership earns you points and perks.
