It’s my first time shopping at Maxmara and I would rate it a 5. Chris assisted me and provided great gift suggestions. He is polite and super helpful.The only thing I would complain about is it was pouring after I left the store and the entire bag was soaked. I came back to the store and tried to get a new bag and get it covered with plastic. Chris was not there so another associate helped me with the plastic cover but she resisted giving me a new bag…I felt awkward because I don’t want to give my gifts out in a soaked bag. Fortunately Chris came back and gave me a new one. He’s the best.

A one star is being nice. I will never shop at this location. As soon as I walked in, my boyfriend and I were literally followed around the whole store by the middle-ages Asian worker. The sad part it she didn’t even try to hide the fact that she followed us by “fixing” clothing in every section we happened to be at. I am humiliated and disgusted. I work to hard to be treated like this.

We had to wait to get in although store was empty - they created a queue for show. Store manager was very rude and disrespectful.

Extremely rude store manager. Utterly bad experience. I have been to many Max Mara boutiques both in Europe and the US. This store is a disgrace to the brand. Visited Sunday July 2, 2023

Not a great experience unfortunately. Basically it is buyer beware at this store. It is in small print on the receipt that all sales are final, but they don’t emphasize that when you’re buying and not all of the stores in this outlet mall have this rule. I value flexibility over money (our total sale was only $600 so not a huge purchase) and after contacting both the store to cancel one of the dresses (prior to it even shipping out) and corporate was told nothing they can do.Staff was friendly, but also did a good job “selling” (i.e. emotionally manipulating) my wife so she felt obligated to purchase two dresses when she only came to the store looking for one. My wife looks great in the dresses, but guys if your married to a woman with this kind of personality type just be aware of the tactics they use at this store and step in to say “let’s wait and think about this” if needed.Max Mara should focus on training employees to deliver the right experience and not incentivize sales by giving employees commissions. Get the experience and product right and the revenue takes care of itself. Too bad because I could easily be writing a 5 star review instead of a 3 star one. Like I said…my wife looks great in the dresses.

The lady working on the floor (Asian, around 5’0) is the rudest person I have ever met in a retail setting. I waited on the door with my family to see if there are any COVID protocols but there were none, no lines and no one at the door. The store was almost empty. She then storms upto us while we literally were not too far away from the entrance and tells us to “back off.” Then she proceeds to put up the barricade tape and tells us someone will help us. The whole experience was super off putting so I just decided to leave the store. If you do have protocols I am all for it just put a disclaimer in the door so your customer doesn’t look like a moron.
