Somehow this Loro Piana comparing to the one in UK - Bicestor Outlet is not having the luxurious feel. But still I gave a 5 star because I really like Loro Piana. I did not buy anything this time. Well, hope they can improve the ambience of the store.

Store is awesome. Problems w some of sales staff. Some are too paranoid and should seek other employment. Had issue 2 yrs ago. Wrong item sent. It was corrected. I've been very lucky finding items I wanted specifically. Again some sales assoc have mean looks on their faces. So watch out.
