Lombardo Homes & Estates is a great real estate Service. They let me stay a for sale by owner while they listed my property and worked very hard to sell. They got me many showings and were great every step of the way, but I happened to sell my home to one of my friends. The Broker Mr. Lombardo stuck to his agreement with me, that If I sold on my own, I would owe them nothing.
They are very knowledgeable and were there for me every day. The broker Joseph Lombardo even gave me advice and offered me help to close with my own private buyer for free. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to sell a home.

Mr. Lombardo helped me sell my home in 2 weeks for over-market value and did not charge me any commission. He also gave me the opportunity to quit whenever I wanted.
I was very satisfied with the Free service, the Brokers knowledge and availability to speak with me anytime, and that I was able to advertise on Zillow myself as a For Sale by Owner.
Lombardo Homes & Estates also paid my attorney fees! I saved a lot of money using them. I highly recommend his services and I would easily give them over 5 stars if I could from my great experience!

Lombardo Homes & Estates sold my home in 3 weeks while they let me keep my For Sale By Owner ad on Zillow.
The Broker Mr. Lombardo was very friendly and knowledgeable and he was also available 7 days a week by phone.
The Broker even did a free appraisal for me so I knew the exact value and didn't overprice my home.
They got me more than the price I wanted quickly and I also received a rebate of $2000 that I used for attorney fees as well.
I would recommend using Joseph Lombardo and his Real Estate Brokerage for anyone looking to sell their home.

I love the Lombardo Homes & Estates model and would recommend their services to anyone who needs to sell a home. Lombardo Homes & Estates is a full-service real estate company that promotes itself as selling homes for no commission and no obligation and paying your attorney fees. I could use any attorney I wanted and he would pay that fee but I chose to use a recommended attorney Raymond Verdi who was also great.I never heard of this type of service before and found out that's because no one else does real estate like this.Mr. Joseph Lombardo the Broker explained to me that he has the buyers pay the commission at closings which I thought was not possible but he does it.The Broker did a free appraisal for me, marketed my property on MLS, and gave me the option to sell on my own I would NOT owe any commission. There were many showings and multiple offers that came in fairly quickly.Joseph Lombardo is always reachable on his cell phone and I liked that I could reach him with questions 7 days a week. He sold my home in 40 days for top dollar with no commission and also paid my attorney fees as promised. Use him if you need to sell or no anyone that does need to sell a home.

Lombardo Homes & Estates is great, he offers a free Appraisal and Free service with no commission, no obligation, and will even pay for your attorney fees. I would give 10 starts if I could because they sold my home in 30 days for way more than market value and saved me over $30,000.I was also still able to remain a for sale by owner to sell on my own if I wanted, and if f I did sell on my own, I would owe nothing. What a great business model. Joseph Lombardo is a great negotiator, very knowledgeable, and really knows real estate, appraisals, and mortgages inside and out.The bottom line is that Lombardo Homes & Estates marketed my home for free, gave me a free appraisal, got me more than the market value for my home and they even paid for my closing attorney fees. I would highly recommend his company to anyone and would certainly use them again if I need real estate services.

I am sad to say that Joe Lombardo represented the sale of my mom's place. I never met him once in person, I found him to be very arrogant and untrustworthy. He made a very difficult time harder than it had to be and I would never recommend him or his firm.

Joe and his team listed and sold my property for above market value. We had an accepted offer within 2 weeks. it may have even been less. Joe also paid my attorney fees at the closing which was amazing because as a first time selling my home I was not expecting that. Joe allowed me to remain a for sale by owner which was amazing. Joe was very knowledgeable with appraisals, current market values, mortgages, and construction. His team was very helpful every step of the way and was always 1 call away. This team has a great concept that I never heard of before and I will recommend their wonderful services to my family and friends.

I would give this unprofessional unqualified ambulance chasing parasite named Joseph Lombardo and his organization No Stars. But unfortunately, through Google reviews I'm forced to give him One star. This creep and his organization are Shady Spammers. Don't give them the time of day. Cut them off right away!

HORRIBLE person to work for. He speaks to employees like they're garbage. My 3rd day TRAINING, I was thrown into a 3 way phone call with a seller and Mr. Lombardo that I was unsure about. During the call, Mr. Lombardo berated me. Calling me a "small brained piece of s***", "a "f*** up", "******** among other things. The homeowner/seller was listening to the entire rant and ended up removing his property from Lombardo Homes & Estates. I opted not to continue working for him. I invested 18 hours of my time and energy training and he REFUSES to pay me. He ignores my my messages and emails. I have NOTHING to say to him, there is no need to speak on the phone ESPECIALLY since he can't control his frustration. BTW- HE'S NOT AN APPRAISER. He WAS an APPRAISER ASSISTANT for 2 years from 2008-2010 (approx).

Joseph Lombardo of Lombardo Homes & Estates is a very knowledgeable an experience broker who sold my property quickly for top dollar without any commission or obligation while I remainder for sale by owner.Mr. Lombardo has a way of charging the buyers the commission instead of me the seller and he saved me $27,000He even paid my attorney fees at closing.He did everything he promised and more and got me way over the market value for the property.Even resolved issues with the bank for the buyer that I had with open permits and no C/O’s for renovations I had made. I highly recommend him to sell your home for top dollar without any obligation.

Amazing experience with Mr. Lombardo. He explained what he was going to do once he helped sell my families homes and he did everything he said. The most important thing was not losing money out of the asking price for commissions and the buys paid the commissions. MR. Lombardo even paid attorney fees and recommend an amazing attorney that got contracts out within 30 minutes. This was the easiest home sale I have ever done and I will be using Mr. Lombardo in the future.

My home sold in less then 2 weeks! Joe is an amazing negotiator and got me more than asking price. He even did something I’ve never seen before and the buyers paid the commissions.
