I visited the location to return an Amazon package and arrived just 2 minutes before closing time, hoping to still be able to drop it off. However, when I arrived, the door was already closed and the employee standing inside right next to the door seemed to indicate that it was too late. I was surprised and disappointed that she couldn't let me in to return my package, especially since it would only take that brief amount of time.

Good store! Nice layout and a variety of items to choose from, I get it’s inflation times but some items are extremely overpriced when you could go to Walmart down the road and get it for cheaper, otherwise then that good store!

I returned a couple of things that I purchased online. I also wanted to purchase a few things but unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for. Employees greet you as you walk into the store. The store wasn't busy.

I haven't been to Kohl's for a long time because the last few times I had gone, there was nothing there that I felt I had to have. Just a month ago, I went to my local Kohl's and was so surprised at how my store had changed. It was packed with cute things and was bright and clean as though it had undergone a makeover. I commented this to the sales person there and she said that since Sephora had come into the store, things were changing for the better. All of the sales associates were friendly and helpful and professional.
