This is the second time I drove almost two hours to find out this location [Woodbury Commons] have closed early. Very unprofessional!!!! It’s always something at this location!!!!! I got here 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. Even if it’s slow, stay open!!! I rushed out here straight from work because I’m going out of town…smh

I meant to give this store a review a week ago . I went on Nov 13th and the two women who were working that day were the absolute best (one was tall and one had glasses). They helped me find two pairs of great jeans and really knew their stuff. So sweet and kind , I love when people take pride in their jobs. Great quality jeans and great price, Will definitely be back for more before the holidays!

At the end of June I visited the store with my husband, the manager Christie helped us out a lot, she helped me with sizes and designs, since an item was not available there, she found another store to get the item. I got the wrong item, but the manager Christie helped me out really quickly. She contacted the store in LA and she said they will send a new item today for me, and will send the wrong item return label for me. I’m so grateful for all the things Christie has helped me with, I will definitely come back to the store, and I would recommend others to come to this store because of the amazing service.

Employees were cool.. jeans are pretty nice but inventory is hit or miss. Return policy is 14 day exchange only. As a shopper it makes us think twice about shopping at a place with a return policy like that.

Joe's Jeans has great quality with a stylish cut that suits slim people well. Adrian helped us and was fantastic. We bought more than we planned and came away very happy with our purchases. He had a great sense of style and loves Joe's Jeans. I think he's already the manager but promote him again!

Really comfortable jeans! The staff was very helpful and kind. They'll find exactly what your looking for and even suggest other things that you'll end up loving! Jeans are soft, comfortable, and stretchy and could practically be leggings they're so comfortable. Not only are they comfortable but they have many cute styles! Highly suggested and the price is worth it (but look in the clearance, they have good stuff there too ;)).

Great shopping experience with an angel named Samantha: knowledgeable, laid back, funny, and hospitable! She helped me find exactly what I needed in under 5 minutes. In 10 minutes, i was happily outfitted and on my way. I later had an issue that was quickly resolved with a full replacement, no hassles, just great customer service. I’ll be back! Totally delighted.

I used to come here four times a year and spend close to a thousand dollars every time. The last time I went some animal named Taylor was working. She had a disgusting attitude the whole time and at the register she demanded my email. I said I didn't want to give my email and she said if I didn't give my email, she can't ring me up. I put down eight pair of jeans, walked out, went across the street and spent my money at rag and bone. I will not be disrespected by some child.

Wrote to Joes Jeans corporate and received no response, so here's what happened: I have not shopped at that store before today. My salesperson was lovely, sweet and incredibly helpful (I did not get her name). I went to the cash register and was treated extremely rudely by the person who rang me up. There was no one else purchasing, so this wasn't a matter of her feeling rushed. I did not want to give my email address and she cut me off, insisting that I could not make the purchase without my email address being entered (said with a smirk, unless I didn't want the discount). She also told me I would receive an emailed receipt, which I never received. When I tried to ask another question, was interrupted and condescended to. My partner, who was shopping with me and works in retail, left the store because he was so offended by her attitude. There are several other stores in this mall, which sell the same brand (as well as competitors). I probably won't ever shop here again.

Great brand great products, just absolutely make sure to try on anything before buying. Their sizing scheme is not uniform, a 32 in one color can fit completely different to a 32 in another color.
