I will NEVER shop at Jerrie Shop again. I was completely unaware that their policy is zero returns or even exchanges. My mistake from the outset. I spent a lot of money on a bathing suit and wanted to make an exchange. Unworn with tags. The lady literally yelled at me and made me cry in the store. She ended up letting me exchange for another bathing suit. The suit I picked was unfortunately more money. I was so embarrassed that I was crying I just gave them my card without trying on the suit and left as quickly as possible.

My mother is visiting and she went in here shopping for a bathing suit. I couldn't believe what she had told me about her experience, but it seems to line up perfectly with the other reviews here. The sales lady (likely the owner) walked in to my mom's dressing room sounding very congested, my mom was nervous and asked her if she had a cold. The lady stormed out saying "I'll get out of your face" and left. My mom wound up buying a bathing suit (although she's regretting it the more she thinks about how she was spoken to) - when she was paying, she saw the lady walk by and told her she wasn't insulting her, she was just worried bc she had just gotten over being sick. The lady YELLED at my mom, actually arguing with her.. the customer! Who does that?! I'm sure the only reason they've stayed in business is due to the limited options for swimwear this time of the year. If you need to shop here, bring your suit of armor!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I NEVER write reviews on YELP!!! This store is run by the most obnoxious women on the planet. The owner, an older blonde woman, is so pushy and rude it is mind-blowing. She gave me a bathing suit to try on...she came back a few mins later to ask what I thought. I told her I didn't like it and handed it back to her on the hanger. She blatantly rolled her eyes at me and said "OKAY" with such disgust and disapproval. I've never been treated so poorly in a store. I truly don't even understand how anyone shops at this place. Last year, I swore I'd never come back because she sold me a suit that had sheer stocking-like areas on the top. She instructed me exactly how to wash it (with warm water in the sink). After one wearing, I did exactly what she told me and the sheer material started to pill. I brought it back the next day and she proceeded to argue with me telling me I "clearly washed it in the washing machine" after I swore to her I rinsed it in the sink. She went to the back to get me a new suit and threw it at me. Shame on me for going back a year later...another year, same piss poor treatment. I will NEVER EVER step foot into this store again.

If you want to buy a bathing suit that is well suited for your body, shop here. The owner has owned the store for many years and I trust her to put me in a suit that is right for me.Very attentive service while you are in dressing room which is very important to me.They are pricey but I feel it’s worth the price for great service.

Extremely rude staff, unfortunately. She was so friendly until it became clear I wasn't buying anything- I didn't love anything on my body and I wasn't ready to commit. I wanted to take a picture of the bikini so I could remember it and return to the store to purchase. She misunderstood me as wanting to shop around and was suddenly so cold and rude towards me. It was so awkward. Never ever stepping foot in here again.

Let me start off by saying If I can give this place 0 stars I would the workers have no customer service skills and think they know what they are talking about this store is absolutely disgusting I walked in and walked right out the customer service is terrible they seriously act like they can’t be bothered with you

Well I guess this review coincides with all of the others. Beautiful items; horrible customer service. Have been in many times to purchase "bigger items" and I was generally treated with respect. However this time around, my purchase didn't satisfy the quota and the women could not have been ruder. It's a shame because I do love their selection, but I'll be shopping elsewhere from here on out.

The selection is beautiful but does not make up for the horrific customer service. I bought a top for $200 and it broke after 1 wash. When I bought it back to exchange the woman was nothing but nasty. She fully began yelling at me in front of other patrons. Truly the most unprofessional display I've ever seen.

Have the best selection and very knowledgeable staff. They have adapted to the COVID-19 situation very well, keeping customers safe while well dressed for summer! And their masquinis are adorable with a great fit and cute designs.

Rude owner....with the "rodeo drive attitude"....I went in to find a nice bathing suit. The woman behind the counter, think was owner, wasso rude and condescending.... there is nothing worse then shopping and not being treated with a warm and friendly welcome. The atmosphere from the minute you walk in, was anything but comfortable. There are so many places to purchase bathing suits, and you sort of wonder why a store owner would conduct themselves in this behavior. I love supporting local stores, especially now....but this store will be the last one I would walk into again......

I'm deeply upset. Yesterday on Saturday, June 13th I entered the Woodbury shop with my sister. It was the only shop I had to pull the door open to by touching the handle. Every other store had the door open. We then saw a sign to use hand sanitizer, having to touch the handle of the bottle- which sort of defeats the purpose as many people have to pump the same handle down, but ok. Upon arriving, I immediately asked a heavy set woman worth short blonde hair what the return policy was and stated that I would like to purchase and try the bathing suits on at home. Her response was this, word for word: "No. We're really good at helping you find the right suit, so just let us help you." Denying me the right to return as an option.. She then walked over to me and COUGHED right next to me!!! Mind you retail just opened after covid19 and I am still really not comfortable going into a store: Yes she was wearing a mask, but the ONLY reason I wanted to try the suits on at home was for socially distancing reasons and not to deal with anyone helping me. I can help myself. So upset she coughed next to me I immediately walked to the front of the store. Found my sister and walked out. I then go online and see IT IS a 20 day return policy. I believe the woman was ageist and denied me the store's return policy because she saw I was young. Well congrats to you, losing a customer for life. I've never been treated so poorly in a store- lied to like that before about a return policy. Disgusting. This is why my generation and future generations will only shop online because of how awful sales people are.
