The staff was super friendly and they patiently showed different watches from Hamilton, Rado and Longines. We spent like an hour, viewed several watches and asked a ton of questions. Finally we settled for Longines. Note the store won’t have the latest models but if you are lucky you will find some iconic watches here (Khaki Fields, Longines Master collection, Rado captain cooks, etc.). I would highly recommend visiting this store at Woodbury Commons. Friendly staff, great service, good collection and deep discounts!

It was my first visit to the store and I Stumble on the collection of Frank Sinatra watches. The sales was fantastic and took his time we me and all the questions I had. I had a fantastic experience today. Before I let on what I was looking for, Bernard pointed out the watch that I had been eyeing. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase of one of their Hamilton pieces. Bernard’s product knowledge was on-point and he walked me through using, care, and the story behind the great brand of Hamilton. I came in a newcomer and left a returning customer for my next piece.

They don’t honor there prices that is displayed under the watchesI saw a tissot that had a 225 label under it and when I wanted to purchase it they would not honor that price

Went in specifically for swatch watches. They had a nice selection, but not very big. Ended up buying two watches on sale. Sales lady was very nice.

My first time in the store and was just browsing! Got the attention of a beautiful watch In The showcase. Staff came over snd asked I’d I wanted to try anything. They were super nice and helpful. They very diligently put on a white glove and proceeded to show me this beautiful watch. Of course I was in love with this piece and purchased it. They informed me about the care of the watch and even provided a few small gifts in addition to. Win win situation. Stop by and meet the store manager Suhaib, who is very gracious and friendly. Definitely recommend! You will have an awesome customer service experience!Sandy Lacayo

Found this great looking tissot there. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I will note that the first one I bought did have an issue with the seconds hand not centering when the chronograph was reset. I went back and exchanged it out. Do note that you will not be able to return items even if they are broken to this store. I was told if they did not have another one, they would not be able to do anything about it and I would have to go with warranty to get this issue address. Over all the staff was very nice and apologetic for the situation. Loving this new watch!
