My family rented a home from them a few years ago. When mother became ill and bedbound I stayed home to take care of her. Knowing my situation at that time. They evicted us all because they wanted to sale the house. My mother passed away after that. I will never forgive them for that.

I actually can’t say enough about John and how he has helped me and my family. Trust, respect, honesty, dedicated, committed, personable, he's truly a great person!To say the least; I had a very unique, nightmare of a situation, in which I needed to move ASAP and get a house for me and my son or we would be homeless. But, thankfully I was working with John previously and knew he would be able to help and I was right. Once he heard our situation, he immediately started the process and started moving everything along so fast that It was literally me trying to keep up with him!He actually went through this process with me two times with two different houses back to back because there was an issue with the seller from the first house nearing the end of the process. BUT, of course, John was right on top of it and was able to switch right over to the new house with no time lost. Everything worked out with the 2nd house and the nightmare is finally over thanks to John and his team.John really cares about YOU, your situation, and how he can help you in any way possible to get you the right mortgage that you NEED and FAST. He goes above and beyond, working around the clock to help you move the process along as quick as humanly possible, keeping your best interest a priority. His dedication and communication is amazing and he has always been there every step of the way to explain everything and assure me throughout the process.His team is amazing, especially Sarah (Processor), they are all very friendly, extremely hard working, committed and compliment his impeccable work ethic, true professionals!Without a thought, I will absolutely work with John and his team again and have already referred him to all my friends, family and co-workers.Do yourself a favor and don’t waste time searching for a mortgage, John is the best and is all you need!

That was the worst experience I have ever had and they ended up making me lose out on $3,400. That is a lot of money for me and they didn't seem to care at all about me losing out on all that money. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I only gave a 1 star review because it won't let me do anything less then 1 star

i spoke with matt who was very sketchy immediately after the first call. he asked me for so much personal info via email that would allow anyone to steal an identity. i asked him why he needs all this info (especially bc my bank didn't even ask for this amount of personal info) and he completely dodged responding in writing. he called multiple times, left voicrmails, and texted, asking to call him back.if a company cannot tell you in writing the legal necessity behind asking for all the personal info, run away before you lose all your money and identity. what's even more sketchy is that in the same email, where he asked for all this info, he also included pages of info showing this businss is accredited by the BBB. a legitimate company does not need to be pushy with their credibility.i learned at work that scammers tend to request personal info, speak with a sense of urgency for you to reply to them, and try unnecessarily hard to gain your trust. this company did all those things. please don't give these people your money or your identity. run run run

We recently closed on our first home with Jared Thorbourne and his team at Hartford funding and I must say out of all the banks and brokers we shopped around with before hand, they were the absolute best. Jared was very informative and took the time to educate us on the process. He was very communicative throughout the process, and got us the lowest rate that was available. i highly recommend Jared Thorbourne and Hartford funding for anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I cant give 10. Jared T. was the BEST loan officer we spoke to in all of our years of doing real estate. Me and my husband have been refinancing, purchasing and investing in the market for a very long time and not once has a loan officer taken the time to make sure that they get us the best deal possible.
