Worst experience at Woodbury Commons. I thought I’ve seen it all; clearly I have not. We must have been the first ones in at 10am this morning, my friend and I. One African American woman SA stood there in the back, staring at us upon entry. Did not say a word. Glanced at a few sneakers, picked up maybe 4 or 5. Still no words exchanged from staff. I was on my way out, and still NOT one “thank you” or words said. Also, prices are similar if not the same to online, just old product. Their merchandising although interesting, fails to impress. Sneakers in a men’s 11 were scarce. Maybe if the staff spoke even the tiniest bit I would have found something. A truly lackluster experience. GG, let go of these rude people and bring in the experienced that don’t chomp on wads of gum and text on their phones instead of interacting with potential clients.
