I wish I could give anything lesser than this.The sales person who was attending was so rude to my pregnant wife. First of all he was not responding properly and when ever my wife was enquiring about a shoes he would rudely respond “There are no sale items” as if we are only there too look for sale items felt so insulted he was just treating us differently I didn’t know Fendi would hire a racist personI had such high respect for Fendi as a brand.And when she wanted to know about another item. He questioned “are you getting this because it’s on sale or no?”Very disappointed!!!

Excellent working staff. They are friendly, patient, and provide courteous service. Honorable mention to Martin and Larry who always provide service with a smile and maybe a laugh here and there. Thank you all.

We've only been to Fendi boutiques, and this was our first time to a Fendi outlet, so we had no idea what to expect. The store was very clean and everything was nicely laid out. There was plenty of things to look at. There weren't as many women's clothes so my wife didn't have too much to look at and there weren't too many sizes of shoes either.Colette was the main person helping us, but because we went there pretty early, other CAs were chimed in too. Colette went as far as to track down a size of pants I needed all the way over in California for me. She was able to do the sale of both pants and a pair of sneakers as a send sale so that we didn't have to carry them around or pay sales tax (yay NH). It is an outlet, so you most likely will not find current season items or the signature items, but there are plenty of great deals to be had.Overall, it was a good experience, and it has become one of our must go shops whenever we visit.

I was told by a security guard that dogs are not allowed in the store on 12/9/22. After the actual employees told me I could carry her, the body guard started cracking his knuckles right in front of me giving me threatening stares. Thanks for threatening me.

I shopped FENDI with Hanane Dasaroui as my client advisor! She listened to my wants while I was in the store and provided items that matched. She has been careful and prompt in sending items I may be interested in and completes purchases and shipping in a timely manner. I highly recommend Hanane and Fendi for your luxury shopping needs ?.

I went with my friend and she got a beautiful green suede bag. The sales associate that helped her told her that there is lifetime warranty, as all of their products do and she could get the bag cleaned at any other Fendi location anytime she needed to. However, when we went to Fendi Manhasset to inquire about bag cleaning, the associate there told us that they do not offer those services and their products do not have lifetime warranty. We called other stores and they told us the same thing. It seems a little misleading and while we shouldn't be complaining because while we got a good bag for a discount, it was still a hefty price.

Tyriese assisted me in finding the perfect every day black bag via virtual assisting. He was patient and sent me detailed info with photos with NO pressure. When it arrived I was skeptical seeing it was a big purchase at final sale but I trusted his judgement and LOVED IT! Five stars for customer service.
