Very disappointed in customer service. I purchased ankle track pants black which was on sale (final sale) for $109. I just wore once and the fabric disintegrating! When I took my pants off the little beads fabric were all over my rug and floor. I tried to shake it outside thinking that this was residual from fabric. However it continues to shed and I cannot wear it. I am very disappointed because this was the first time I spent so much money on a final sale on a pair of track pants but I know Eileen Fisher is known for quality organic materials. Even worse is that I contacted Eileen Fisher customer support with no resolution. Worse customer service!

Hit and miss, mostly a miss. Love Eileen Fisher clothes, but the selection here is limited. However the prices are generally very good.

Eileen Fisher is the place to shop if you're seeking clothing made of chic eco-friendly fabric in attractive styles...and all at discounted prices. Jennifer & Karine (assistant manager) were extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable & charming. They provided me with sale pricing and details about the care of fabrics. Jennifer offered to put my clothes in the dressing room while I continued to shop, as my arm became weighted down with a large pile of clothes for consideration. Eileen Fisher, at Woodbury Centre, is an inviting store with great pricing & a welcoming staff. I plan to return many more times in the future.
