Really unfortunate as my fiancée and I wanted to live here, but we had a really poor experience touring. Firstly, the person we toured with did not have the unit available that we specifically asked to tour a week prior when we set the appointment. But fine, we will look at "similar units." Apparently, according to the person giving us the tour, the "Classic Renovation" is a unit that has what looks to be a kitchen from the 90s. And you have to spend at least $3,000/month to get anything more modern than that. If this was all, it wouldn't be worth writing a review. But when we went into the second unit to look, my fiancée turned on the bathroom lights to discover two GIANT dead roaches on the floor. She screamed and turned off the lights (obviously), and the person from the leasing office just said "oh yeah that happens sometimes." Are you kidding me? In an empty unit, that we are touring, we should just expect there to be roaches sometimes? If this is what it looks like in a unit that is currently unoccupied, then what is the problem like when there are tenants? And especially to pay this much for an advertised "luxury apartment" that has roaches in empty units is appalling. We were literally going to apply for a unit after the tour before this happened, so it's put us in a really unfortunate situation as we now don't know where to look next, and have been really turned off by Eagle Rock Woodbury. I also sent an email to the corporate Eagle Rock several weeks ago, with no reply. Very disappointing.

Really lovely community! The grounds are clean and peaceful. Management is always very accommodating and friendly. The apartments themselves are extremely spacious and homey.

We enjoyed living at Eagle Rock for almost 2 years. Nancy did an excellent job with any and all of our concerns, which were minor as the property is well maintained.

She is professional, knowledgeable and went beyond with her accessibility and patience in helping with the application process. The apartment she helped us rent meets more than our expectations at that price range. Looking forward to a nice future on Long Island

We were very pleased to have lived at Eagle Rock Apartments at Woodbury this past year. They offer flexible lease options that really worked for our family. It's a pet-friendly place with manicured grounds that include many pet waste stations equipped with bags and trash receptacles. I really appreciated how quickly they handle snow removal and salting the walkways in the winter, and the park-like atmosphere was great for year round walks or jogs without having to leave the gated community. The landscaping is always clean and well-kept. The School bus enters the community to pick up for Syosset School district.
There are different unit options for individuals or families. The on-site management team is fantastic, always attentive, understanding, and cooperative. Maintenance is also very good. Any issues are taken care of quickly, and you can manage everything online. The online portal allows access to lease payments and service requests. The management here is incredibly accommodating and eager to please, so don't hesitate to discuss any concerns or requests you might have when you're considering this property.
Eagle Rock Apartments at Woodbury has been a wonderful experience for our family.

Brian is the absolute best super I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is kind, friendly, personable, and most importantly truly cares and takes pride in his job. I used to worry when I had problems, because it took forever to get things fixed and communication was terrible. Not anymore. Brian thank you for not only the work you do, but the way you do it. You are incredible and Eagle Rock Woodbury and its residents are very lucky to have you around.

I have been living in the Eagle Rock Woodbury community since October 2023 and have about a little under 7 month in my lease to go. I am very happy with the spacious layout of my one bedroom apartment and closets and storage spaces. The property itself is well- kept, as the beautiful scenery makes it a pleasure to walk around and enjoy the visuals of the development. Shari and Nancy from the rental/leasing office have been wonderful and very helpful with any issues. The maitinence guys Ronnie, Mike, and Brian showed up to fix any problems in a timely manner and have been fabulous! I feel relatively safe in the community and have had basically no problems finding parking.
There are only two negative aspects to note. Number one is constantly having recurring problems with water-bugs/cockroaches. No matter how many times maitinence filled in open holes/spots or the exterminator sprayed, the bug problem is a non-stop constant pain in the neck issue that will never go away, especially if you live downstairs or how much you clean. Second is the constant noise that comes from the upstairs neighbor. The sound-proofing in this complex is awful and has made my experience living as a downstairs tenant a “living hell” at times. Forget about getting any real peace and quiet, having the opportunity to sleep-in, or any real privacy. My upstairs neighbor never leaves her apartment constantly walking around all day, and when guests come over, it sounds like the big apple circus up there. The floors are extremely creaky regardless of hardwood or laminate. Additionally, I constantly hear my neighbor’s television, every noise that comes from the bathroom, and the conversations. If I had to guess, the sound issue would be better if I lived upstairs.

I rented an apartment in Eagle Rock Apartments at Woodbury for a little over an year and had a wonderful experience. Downsizing from a single family house to an apartment was a bit of challenge to adjust at the beginning but the proximity to everywhere in Long Island and the professionalism of the Property Manager Nancy made the apartment life living much easier. Nancy is very pleasant to work with; she is very responsive and efficient, and always assist in all matters in a timely manner.

The property manager is amazing! The apartments are clean. Very rarely have I had a problem, and if I do they fix it promptly. Love the door to door entry way. It is nice, and safe. It is beautiful to take a walk around the pond on a nice day.

I have been living in Eaglerock apartments
For 9 years as of today!! I absolutely love it here, the office staff are so helpful and friendly and when there is a problem which isn’t often the maintenance team is here in minutes!! Price is reasonable and it’s pet friendly which I love!! I totally recommend living here!!!

If you are looking for a calm, clean and friendly community, here’s the one. Both my husband and I appreciate Shari and Nancy. Shari showed us different types of houses and always gave us enough time to think. She is kind, positive, patient, and friendly. She always welcomed our questions and her answers made us feel clear. Nancy also helped us when Shari was out of office. Both of them are professional and people we can trust. All of my family are feeling comfortable to live here. We share laundries with others. The laundry room is always clean and not crowded. When we had snow, there were people who took care of sidewalk to prevent slippery. We feel this community is organized well. My children enjoy playing at our backyard too! Also, we cannot wait to have a clubhouse and pool near future! Both are currently under construction.
