Having a horrible day, with everything going wrong. The manager on duty was beyond amazing and patient with my hormones and on the verge of tears. She was annoyed and wanted me out, but she handled it with such amazing grace. Customer Service was outstanding, even when the customer was about to break down.

Crocs were fine, the charm things were a bit expensive but overall a pretty affordable store
