After attempting to restore my 2014 5 series at a local shop I had bee using for about a year, I decided to get the work done checked by Rick because I came to an understanding that the shop guy was incompetent when it came to the minute details of upgrading the parts. Rick's analysis of the shoddy work left me flabbergasted. As it was nearly $10,000 worth of parts in labor I paid for. Got it all refunded and had CIM Motorsports take the wheel. Rick and his team are diligent, professional as well as proficient. I had my axles, ignition coils, and bushings upgraded as well as all of my fluids and filters replaced so far. I'm quite pleased and plan on finishing all of the other upgrades at CIM Motorsports. Customer service and feedback as usual is stellar as I've been there a couple of times. They'll take good care of you and even more so, your vehicle.

Auto repair, very disappointed with the service we still have the original problem after several hundred dollars were spent. It was a complete waste. Would give less then one star if possible.

Rick and Josh, Margaret and the team at CIM are the best at their craft. I cannot recommend them enough for servicing your Audi/Porsche/BMW etc. They're kind and KNOW the cars. They don't waste time guessing what's wrong, they simply repair it, often saving you tons of money. I've been going to them for over 10 years, and I will go to them forever.Service: Engine repair

Very professional very honest and my BMW runs better than ever!!!! Expert diagnosis and reasonable prices. Kept me updated along the way. Rick came highy recommended. Half hour drive for me to get there but well worth the trip!!!

I’ve been taking my cars to Rick at CIM for years now and honestly feel lucky to live close to a shop this great. The work they do is not only way more affordable than the dealers but much higher quality as well. Just be sure to book appointments in advance because they do stay busy.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! Rick is a very rude immature old man who doesn’t know what he’s doing. I called asking him when he’s going to fix my car and his response was “I’m doing it today” He’s said those same words for 2 MONTHS. This man is very unprofessional and a hot head. A simple transfer case repair took him two months

Went here for the first time the other day and I had a very good experience with the owner and his wife they educated me on what my vehicle needed and how much it would cost me, and his prices are very reasonable for a Porsche parts and labor I'm so glad I found this auto mechanic for my car thank you.

If you have any reservations about taking your import to CIM, then rest assured it’s in good hands! The technicians are polite and move with a purpose, Ric the owner/technician is knowledgeable and skilled and his wife as office manager is friendly and efficient. Also, their rates are reasonable and the repairs top notch. They have gained a customer for life! Thanks CIM!!

As an enthusiasts I enjoy working on my cars. But when it comes to the bigger jobs I am very selective to who I have do those jobs and that's where CIM comes in. Knowing my car is in the hands of people that share the same passion as I do and understand its more then just a car is why I'm happy I brought mine to this shop. Thank you to Rick and his team ??
