I had a disappointing experience at the store today. There is a racist attendant in the store! My husband and I went to purchase trousers, and a senior female store attendant approached me, wrongly accusing me of disordering the clothes. I had not disturbed anything. Her subsequent actions and words were also very upsetting!

Having not shopped for tailored threads in 25 years, and needing a new suit and a tux for weddings this Summer, I stopped in the Outlet at Woodbury Commons. The sales person Stephanie was amazing; jumping between classic and traditional fits and different sizes in both, she never stopped looking for the perfect fit(s) , looking on the sales floor, digging through the back stock room, I was grateful to have a salesperson who knew her stuff. I will definitely finish the wedding wardrobe with her! Nicely done!

I had a really upsetting experience at this store. Their staff is racist. My family and I, who are Asian, were blatantly discriminated against. We were waiting in line for the fitting rooms when a white couple lined up behind us. But guess what? The staff totally ignored us and went straight to them, asking how many items they wanted to try on. Even after I pointed out that we were ahead in line, the staff member was like, "Sorry, no rooms available for you right now." And then, the very next room that opened up, She gave it to the couple behind us. It was so obvious they did it on purpose. What made it worse was this other staff guy saw the whole thing and just stood there, didn’t say a word. It hit me then that this wasn’t a one-off; it felt like this place just doesn’t treat Asian customers right. It’s not okay, don’t go there and buy anything!!!

Slavik provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist me in finding the right sizes and styles. Thanks to his helpful guidance, I left the store with a satisfying purchase. Brooks brothers continues to have excellent quality and a pleasant sales staff. Lately, though, I’ve found the size of their stock somewhat limited. Maybe it’s me, but I thought years ago there were many more items from which to choose.

Known as the best outlet in the United States, it has a full range of brands and is located in New Jersey. If you have the opportunity to go to the East Coast, don't miss this great place.
It takes about an hour by car from the Port Authority Bus Terminal near Times Square. You can buy tickets online or directly at the bus station. It's a little cheaper online.
On the return trip, it is best to send a group of people to queue up early, because there are no reserved seats. You have to queue up on the spot to get on the bus. When it is full, you will have to sit in the next bus.
There are as many as 250 brands here, and you can find almost every name you can name. Originally there was Chanel here, but unfortunately it has been withdrawn this time.
It’s really easy to buy, so bring enough silver bullets, the more you buy, the more you save. Definitely don’t go on a holiday. It’s best to arrange for more than two days to make up for it.
