Not only they have the highest quality clothing (I have two polo shirts from them and they are awesome), they also helped us above and beyond. Alexa who works there is the greatest, she even helped us connecting with the store next door when their phone failed. Overall, great people, great product, great brand.

Terrible service. My husband bought a pair of glasses which shortly after broke at the hinge. This would have been either a simple exchange or repair at any store. 8 months later we are still trying to get them to help us. Apparently, the corporate office needs to approve this request. Today, yet after another trip there we were told to leave our credit card info so they can send it out for repair. We were not even given the amount that would be charged on the card.

NEVER EVER GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD ,PAY WITH CASH AND TRAVEL FUNDS! Shopped in this store back in September 2017,and had a hard time to understand salesperson from Japan,who doesn't even speak Japanese !? So i purchased pair of sneakers. Back in February 2018 Lisa manager of Brioni outlet send me 2 pairs XL trousers ,which i never ordered,along with security sensors ,which never been removed from pants! I called the store and asked them why they shipped me package,the answer was:â€We don't refund money,,,!)))†I had to dispute charges and close the credit card Very dishonest people,doing illegal transactions in Brioni store !!
