ATM services are fine. But, yesterday (September 2, 2022), I needed to make a large withdrawal and the one teller that was working around 1:30 pm Est was completely unpleasant and had no interest in resolving my problem.She could not process my withdrawal because my cell phone number did not match what was in the system. Note: I do this withdrawal all the time at the Commack branch with zero issues. When I explained to her that was my only phone number for the past 10 years and I double checked that it was on file with my online services account earlier that morning. She literally said, "oh yeah, that's nice". Again, no interest in resolving the problem and helping me. She told me to use the ATM instead. Which, unfortunately, has a daily limit of less than the amount that I needed right there and then.Awful customer service. Sorry, Bank of America, you can do better than this!
