Estimate and Schedule to Complete are accurate The Customer Service and Dan greeted me and treated my repairs as if I was valued customer. The Facility is well equipped looks very Corporate and clean with a Family atmosphere. I was able to voice my concerns to Dan and he delivered plus some extras. He provided pictures from previous unknown damage while the car was being repaired. The attention to detail is another reason I myself coming from the Aircraft Maintenance Career Field highly recommend Collision & Chrome!! Believe me I Inspected the Hell out of the Car/Repair due to it being my Wife's!!.”

“I just wanted to leave a review along with a debt of gratitude for Pat‘s towing service helping us this past Saturday evening. Our front tire blue on route 32 in Newburgh after hitting a pothole. The service technician whose name I did not think to ask for could not have been more friendly or helpful. The call probably went out at 8 PM. He showed up a half an hour later and in the freezing cold changed an incredibly flat tire! He never once complained, and was very diligent, even tapping off the air pressure on our donut. Thank you!!!!!!”
“I’ve been a proud customer of Brookside for almost 6 years now! Billy and his crew are always amazing. Sam at the front desk is also always kind and helpful on the phone. Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)”

“Well deserved of 5 stars. On Saturday, I decided to take my 2015 Toyota Highlander to Village Auto Repair... with some reservation not wanting an unknown mechanic to take me for a ride. You guys all know what I mean. There I met Omar. I told him about my issue. The check engine light came on, giving an error code P0302 (misfiring on cylinder 2). The vehicle was shaking under acceleration. I was worry i might have compression issues in the cylinder, thinking i would have to fork-up thousands. Omar was very nice and told me he would check and let me know the issue. He told me the car would be worked on Tuesday (election day). Omar called me on Tuesday and gave me the good news that my vehicle was ready. I was surprised! My vehicle end up having electrical issues. Village Auto Repair was very reasonable in price, super knowledgeable, and most of all honest. Well done Omar. ? I will recomend your shop to anyone in need of a mechanic.”

“I can't say enough nice things about Advantage Auto Repair. In a day where it's impossible to trust any mechanic or service station for fear of being ripped off, these guys have easily won me over. My teenage son was in a car accident and we had it towed to the nearest station which happened to be Advantage Auto Repair. First off, Stephanie at the front desk calmed me down, explained the process with insurance, what my options are (including bringing it anywhere I want), but before any of that, her first question was about the health of my son. (He's fine by the way). They talked my wife and I through what to do with the towtruck and that the car looked totaled. They took off the plates for us after the inspector came and held them for us until we were able to swing by and pick them up. They didn't charge us a penny, were increidbly communicative while we were there and days after, and we even tried giving them a $20 tip for their help, which they outright refused. “After attempting to restore my 2014 5 series at a local shop I had bee using for about a year, I decided to get the work done checked by Rick because I came to an understanding that the shop guy was incompetent when it came to the minute details of upgrading the parts. Rick's analysis of the shoddy work left me flabbergasted. As it was nearly $10,000 worth of parts in labor I paid for. Got it all refunded and had CIM Motorsports take the wheel. Rick and his team are diligent, professional as well as proficient. I had my axles, ignition coils, and bushings upgraded as well as all of my fluids and filters replaced so far. I'm quite pleased and plan on finishing all of the other upgrades at CIM Motorsports. Customer service and feedback as usual is stellar as I've been there a couple of times. They'll take good care of you and even more so, your vehicle.”
