“Finding someone that's willing to work on a 36ft motorhome in this area is impossible. The shop is family owned going back to WW2. Appointments are hard to come by. My appointment was changed twice but Tom not only got my work done the third time but he actually worked on it himself. They went above and beyond to keep their promise and worked on my class a late in the evening to finish it. “I can’t say enough about New Windsor Collision! My car was involved in an accident that was no fault of mine. The insurance company right away gave me what they thought it would cost . I knew it would be a lot more than what was originally given and a bit worried. I was assured by Andy that he would deal with contacting the other persons insurance company and that I didn’t have anything to worry about. He gave me a time frame of a few days to fix it. Not only was it done on time but it was done perfectly and everything with the insurance company was handled as well.. Can’t thank Andy and his team at New Windsor Collision enough for a great job!! I also asked them to paint the rear bumper, a rocker panel that I got off EBay and a piece of molding from the convertible top. The did a great job ! The car looks beautiful !
