Not only did they get my new phone order wrong (which wouldn't have been a big deal) but to return the phones and get new ones became a HUGE process which wasted 2 hours of my time and resulted in NOTHING but aggravation. Go elsewhere.

Got the new iphone today. The sales rep was selim. I found him to have a nice demeanor but it was very obvious he did not care about us as a customer. There is alot of scams going on with their promotions. Although it is not selim scamming us he does nothing to advise us of what is the least option of being scammed….Also just heads up the trade in of an old phone is also a scam. You’ll never get it. It’s paid over 3 years and most likely you will only get 1 year because if you trade the phone in next year you wont get it. They dont tell you these things!!!!

Just have to thank Burak for helping my husband and I get the best deal for 2 new phones and for all his help to set them up and ensure that we were happy. He is responsive and patient. We are VERY appreciative!

Ordered an iPhone to be picked up from this store but it was never processed in their system even after 4 hours. Drove down to the store to speak with someone who clearly didn't want to be there and gave me no info or urgency on an ETA for when it should be ready despite my mentioning I didn't even live in the area—just that I would receive an email. I called again later that day but no one picked up. When I came back to the store 30 minutes before closing I saw that the doors were locked already. Saw that same employee sitting in his car before driving out of the parking lot right past me as I was trying to open the entrance door... Unbelievable.

My experience at this location is terrible. If you are going to get your old device traded there, be careful of Nicki, a lady who claimed to be the manager, would force you to buy some sort of stream service, otherwise they only give you half the price of the device. Nicki would make up things in order to make a sell in a very unprofessional manner.If that happens to you, go to the store in Hicksville, they are much better and treat you with respect.

Perfectly clean, huge selection and pleasant service advisors. Audini was wonderful and patient with an issue nobody had been able to solve for the last month. Absolutely recommend this location and service advisor every time.
