My cheap paperbag from Coach carrying my new very expensive bags ripped open and went all over the floor. One staff member was very helpful, (white, small statue, 40s-50s long hair) the rest looked at my like I had no business being in their store. I would have spent quite a bit more, but staff thought I was Julia Robert's in pretty woman going in to the Beverly Hills shops.
