My first hand account.
I spent 4 days there.
The staff was fantastic . very helpful and friendly.
The rooms were clean and no odd odors.
Yes there was some wear here and there but it is an old hotel .with that said I will absolutely be staying there again.
Had a blast at the bar for disco night. Lol
Great place and great people.
Nearby activities: Beautiful scenery in the area

Not highly crowded. Good take out food available. A rare place where you can smoke a cigar inside.

I thought that I reviewed this place before we moved here but didn't. If you haven't seen the rooms, do yourself a favor and make reservations elsewhere. The rooms are exactly the same as they were back when Paul Revere stayed there. Zero stars. The worst. Old threadbare ancient bedspreads. Flat pillows. Smelly. We went to the room and saw it and asked for our money back immediately. They did not refund us and we did not stay.

Tried this for an overnight ice fishing trip. Despite being extremely tired from being on the ice all day and 5 or 6 beers could not sleep with the bar music. After closing somebody chased someone down the hall screaming at them to stay out. Sleep in your car. Beds suck, shower was disgusting and thank god I piss standing up!

Not a place you take the family to stay for vacation. The beds are 4 inches thick and basically springs with cloth over them. The building is neat since it's from the late 1800s. With that comes the fact it's from that time so the floors run every different direction. If your there just to rest your head for fishing it works at a cheap price. Bring a pad to lay over the mattress.

They canceled my booking with no reason why. I had airline tickets booked already and have to scamble to find additional accomodations. I tried to contact someone there and there is no customer service that is helpful. DO not even look at this place as an option.

The rooms are old but fairly clean, carpets are cheap and threadbare. Doors are flimsy. Employees are nice though.
