I sent in a contact submission on the website to be called about my roof being fixed, water is leaking right into our bedroom. Never contacted. I heard good things about this company so a private message was sent via Facebook to this company. A time and day was set up to have an estimate given but NOBODY SHOWED UP.To me that's bad business if you don't have time or you're too busy with other jobs don't bother making an appt to come to my house and give me a quote. I have water leaking from my bedroom ceiling right now and need it fixed asap.I contacted KangaRoof and someone call me right away and will be coming out to make the repair.

Calls at the beginning we’re going good . , I guess working at another place. When they showed up on the date planned .?they took a few pictures and took measures of only the kitchen and nothing else. Wrote a few things down and said they would get back to me. Have not heard from them at all. I found another group in the meantime who will be doing the job.

Did an amazing job on my roof. They replaced my roof and conducted some repairs to the structure after the wind storm. The group of guys were professional, pleasant and hard working. The owner and his foreman, maintained good communication with me throughout the experience and always did what they said they were going to do. I would hire them again.

Had a asphalt roof replaced that involved a complete tear-off. The job was completed in the estimated time frame. The staff was very courteous and they spent time explaining the process and the reasons for what they were doing. The crew took measures to protect the landscaping around the house. They cleaned up every evening and left the area clean when the job was completed. Very pleased with the experience and the results.

Do not reccomend. I met with a salesman on 4/10/17. He measured the job and said he would get back with us by Friday with a quote. Friday came. No quote. I text them. Said they were sick. But would have a quote Sunday. Sunday came no quote. So far Ive heard all the excuses. Im sick, im driving, im at another job at an apartment complex replacing all the windows..... Its now 5/1/17. Still, no quote. This is to replace rotting siding and is a time sensative job. Preferred exterriors could care less.

Duane was personable, prompt with replies, and professional. He helped me get my grandfathers shed removed, fence repaired, and siding fixed after wind storm damage with 0 issues and remained in contact with me throughout to avoid confusion.
