we stopped there to refill on fuel and grab a quick snack. The space is very clean, the store well organized, great selection of sweet or savory snacks, pizza by the slice, ...great team, and cheap gas.. and a dining space that shows a little bit of the local history..what could be better

Prices are high, food inadequately heated, pizza slices look old. Staff ignores customers. Sandwiches look sketchy, bathroom not adequately cared for. Tables sticky, trash outside overflowing.

Concerned about not receiving receipt at Fastrac in Wolcott ,so I always want my receipt to prove i paid for my purchase.
I go inside the teller said I did not pay, so tried to use my gas card, and it was declined, so I used my debit card. So doubting that I did not pay for it at the pump I asked for my receipt on the second Transaction. 3 days later the original transaction came out, so now I paid for my feul twice. Thus is the problem with this new cashless society and no receipts, you should always get a receipt for all transactions. I was told to come in Saturday morning to talk to manager, and find a Supervisor and he took my info down and said the manager would call me Sunday morning. We'll Sunday morning cam and went and no call so I call fastrac and the associate told me I did not pay for it twice and hung up on me? Grrrr

Insanely clean!! I have never seen a cleaner or more perfectly organized store in my entire life! WOW. And the food, cleanly and perfectly displayed, looked delicious. I was so amazed, I just had to say something to the guy working there.

Bright and clean gas station/convenience store. I stop here often on road trips as it's a great place to get gas, use the bathroom, and get whatever drinks or snacks I need for the rest of the trip.Hot food is available (the cheese pizza is surprisingly good), as well as every cold drink you can think of. Grab and go foods like egg salad and deli meat sandwiches. There is a large hot drink station with coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and tons of creamers and ways to flavor your drink. On Fridays in October, they are offering one free coffee per customer. Yay!

False advertising of gas prices. Advertising one member price but charging an additional 10 cents per gallon. Attendance notified, 3 days ago, still not corrected. Attendance stated nothing they could do.

Okay this one's going to be quick but I just saw something I've been complaining about and I've never seen it before until now. It's been common practice for quite a few years now that when you use a restroom the toilet will flush itself, and you wave your hands under the sink and the water turns itself on... These are really cool ideas to keep you from touching items and spreading more germs however after everything turns itself on and flushes itself you still have to grab the handle on the door to get out. Seems kind of counterproductive however I just left this particular location and oh my gosh there's a little foot pedal thingy at the bottom of the door in the restroom that allows you to use your foot to open the door. Okay maybe this is kind of a cheesy reason to throw five stars at an establishment but I'm doing it anyways... And by the way, the rest of the store did look nice and clean and the pizza looked rather tasty however I was in a rush...
