The store employees are always friendly, helpful and quick. The store is tidy and clean, and things are easy to find, especially if compared to DG.

Horrible customer service. They double charged me and then told me to call corporate to dispute the charge. You cannot speak to a live person when calling corporate. It's all automated. I will never step foot in the Wolcott store again. They are incompetent.

I like going to the Family Dollar but it's so congested most of the time the Isles is hard to get through specially if there's two cards coming one from opposite way somebody Isles you have to turn around and go back if if somebody's coming the other way.

They are so helpful in Wolcott store. They stop what they are doing and help you find things and if it's not on shelf and they think they have it they'll go search for it. Pleasant and helpful. Also store is clean.

This is a clean store and easy so to get wick items and cheaper over the counter medication. Love the small selection of clothing for kids and adults alike and I will always choose this over dollar general, especially in Wolcott NY.
