My husband and I have purchased several vehicles. Most recently, a brand new Blazer EV. The process was smooth and we got all the education we could ask for. From sales to service, the people at Cavallaro-Neubauer in Wolcott are superb.

Looked around the Auburn area for a 2nd car, mainly looking at SUVs. Called on a few, but most were already spoken for. Called Cavallaro-Neubauer in Wolcott on a few cars, but all of them were at their Williamson location, and their outdated Covid 19 policies prevented moving cars between Wolcott & Williamson so we moved on to dealers around Rochester.
Pete D, our sales contact, was sure he could find us something, and said he would take a look at all inventory. The fery next day, early in the morning, we got a call from Pete, he found a 2020 GMC Terrain on the Wolcott lot, with a power seat... special order vehicle, that was a lease return. Can't say enough about Pete going the extra mile on this sale, he saved us a long ride to Rochester.
First call to C-N was made on Friday, we were driving the new car 4 days later, and the entire buying process was easy & smooth. Will definitely look at Cavallaro again, and highly recommend them to anyone in and around Cayuga County for a new or used vehicle. Lots of used trucks on their Wolcott lot.

We've done business with Art for years and was always satisfied with him. My wife and I tried it once more and are very unhappy with the results.
Starting with photo on the far left you can see that the coolant bottle is completely empty!
Next pic shows the positive post cover is off and just laying there. No BIG deal but it shouldn't be this way.
Photos 3&4 show the rats nest or squirrel nest in the engine compartment on both sides of the engine and on top of the block.
The car inside was filthy with stains on the front seats where something was recently spilled before we bought it.
When we decided to buy, Art said that they would detail the car and get it cleaned up for us. They had it a couple of extra days to get it done.
When I checked the oil it was over filled by nearly 2 quarts. That's as bad as not enough.
When we went to pick the car up the miles had changed. Somehow nearly 200 more miles had been added to the odometer. And the man bringing the car up appeared to be coming from his night out with it. Just seemed like that because he came from the direction of the road not the lot or the service department.
So in short, I believe, that will be the last time we do business with Cavallaro Neubauer.
I put all of this on Art because we have done business for years. Even before CNC. I expected better from him and didn't get even close.

I want to write a quick review about the greatest dealership experience I have ever had. I have traded in my cars and upgraded far too many times haha. Being a huge corvette enthusiast I have been on the hunt for a z06 for almost 2 years, talking to close to 50 dealerships.
Somehow I stumble across a listing for an orange Z06 with an almost perfect spec to what I wanted to build. I thought there is no way!!! So I inquired and I started a conversation with a salesman named Arthur and things were extremely positive.
Next thing I know, I have a fair trade offer and a deposit on my dream car. A week later I begin my drive up all the way from New York City! A fun 5 hour drive through the hills and mountains and I arrive in Wolcott.
Upon arrival I’m greeted by a trio: Arthur the salesman, Eric, and Joseph. It was so exciting to have them match my enthusiasm for the car and corvettes in general. They were so knowledgeable and you can tell they had a genuine excitement for the car and how happy it made us. We worked out the entire deal over the phone. So the paperwork took only 20 minutes. We then we spent almost a hour lining them up taking photos and just talking about life and cars. We even did a side by side startup of both cars. The stingray was cool. But when we fired up the z06 behind it the sound had all of our jaws on the floor. It was absolutely mesmerizing. Can’t wait to track it based on Eric’s recommendations.
I’m hooked. I told them from now on it will be the only place I buy my corvettes. This will be the start of a long lasting relationship. Take care and I will see you all again soon. Maybe in another year or so when I’m ready for the next upgrade haha.
