In the past I've only had decent experiences with this company. However, completely frustrated with this Reece/Reese who's new and the owner told me was responsible for their lack of professional courtesy. If you don't want someone held accountable don't give their name and throw them under the bus. I called on the 26 of April was told I'd be called back with an appointment. I called back a few days later and got told, oh we will definitely know by Friday of that week. I finally call today after 0 response back and finally I get transferred to the woman who USUALLY handles everything professionally and am told the situation. This was frustrating and a waste of well over a week's time. Which is why the review is what it is. Had there been some contact and an explanation of what was going on. This would be different, but after that, yeah, No. ?10 days to show professional courtesy is a joke. I suggest calling someone else, like I ended up ultimately doing because they still didn't have a scheduled date to come out even as of today and I've had them provide service a few times to me up until now.Services: A/C system maintenance
