Bought our tub here 4 years ago through a very easy and professional experience. Zero issues with it, only joy. 1 human error on my side recently and the team at tubs and stuff had the part on hand/was able to swap it same day.

I usually service my own hot tub and know what is required using the test strips to balance the water with the correct chemicals, changing the filter, etc. However, I was going on vacation and was going to be away for three weeks and had to outsource the maintenance of my hot tub that is used for AirBnB/short term rentals. I used Tubs and Stuff and this was the review left by the guest for my $110 I paid them to get my hot tub ready "...there was just way too much chlorine in it, once the jets were turned on it became extremely sudsy, I've never witnessed a hot tub become like a bubble bath of chlorine". Due to the bad review, I had to end the listing and give a credit back to the guest.

Since hiring Tubs & Stuff in August of 2019, I have been pleased with the chemical maintenance of my hot tub. Their staff shows up reliably every week to service the tub. They are responsive to email and phone. My hot tub has never looked better and I have Tubs & Stuff to thank for that.
