“Amazing facility and unbelievably kind staff. Our vehicle broke down at the hotel and the staff bent over backwards to ensure we still had a wonderful stay. The staff drove us into town for us to pick up dinner and specially opened the bar for us to have a drink after a stressful day. Without us having to ask they offered us a really generous late check out (3pm) and then drove us into town to pick up our vehicle. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and we ended up having a great stay in spite of the crazy start. This was our second time there and will definitely be returning.”

“The hospitality at this place is over the top! I am used to great service but here they go beyond to ensure that you are happy. Michaela and Hayley at the reception were warm ,welcoming and ready to please. The entire staff really make you feel like you belong. Very friendly. Anything you need just ask. I've never been to a place where everybody, I mean everybody, would go out of there way to ensure you are having a great stay. Great location with fun activities like electric bikes and private saunas. Wonderful selection of food and drinks. I can't wait to return with my family. Highly recommend staying here.”

Excellent common areas to mingle with other guests or just read, play chess, etc.Nearby activities: Hunter Mountain Resort is less than a 15 minute drive.Food & drinks: The restaurant run by Marianna serves some of the best breakfast we've had anywhere. Sumptuous and delicious! Outstanding, attentive service team.”
