We are so lucky to have GNH has our local store, they have everything that one would need! All delivery orders can usually be arranged by the next day for a reasonable fee which is amazing. James is super knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help and answers questions. The whole crew there is top notch!

It's listed as a UPS drop off location. So I call there. The woman who answered was friendly and informed that all I needed was the barcode on my phone and they could scan it to make a shipping label. I thanked her and told her I would be in one day. Go there today. Unfortunately, she was not there. One guy didn't know how to do it at all and the other guy "who did" told me that I had to have the label made and put it on. Meanwhile, there's a scanner attached to the register. Never shopping here, ever!

A year into our house renovation and GNH has been a lifesaver. Anything from last minute deliveries, to special orders they are delivering great service. Everyone who works there is friendly and super knowledgeable. James has worked with us on some projects and is quick and efficient. Marla, Andy, Charlotte and Rob are all super friendly on a personal level too! Couldn’t ask for a better team at our local store.

Tried twice to get items rather than drive 30 miles to Catskill. The didn't have Hardwired smoke alarms. Need to go back to Williams or Lowes.

A reasonable selection of lumber. I work with handtools (the old fashioned way) and some would consider me picky about lumber. They have allowed me to be selective in my choices, which I value highly. They have a reasonable selection of carpentry tools and supplies, paints, plumbing supplies, etc.

I have been a customer of GNH for 14 years. I find there materials to be of a superior quality than any big box. I also find that their prices are better or equal. They always have or can order anything I ever asked for.

Consistently bad service. As if every customer is an inconvenience. Especially customers who come back a few times in the same day. They just sit behind the desk complaining. If there were another Ben Moore dealer nearby we would never set foot in here again. I can only assume they do enough business based on their location that they don't have to be friendly or helpful to customers.
