“In a conversation with a family member that had to make that final decision for his pet I learned the process their vet used. I wanted to cry because it was so inferior to what we experienced with Dr Leesa and Dr. Steves for our 2 “girls.” Both in the office and at our home both vets demonstrated extraordinary compassion and wanted to ensure that we were as comfortable as possible in addition to their gentle treatment if Molly and Marley. This is an exemplary office with doctors who care and are always there to support with the best treatment options available.”

“Came here at first for a second opinion, ended up becoming our preferred vet. I appreciated the vets directness and willingness to try things while working with our cats. All the staff was compassionate and sincere when it was our cats time to cross the rainbow bridge. Our family will cherish the paw prints provided through their office”

“If you are looking for an experienced vet, team and professional people take your animals here. I had a very scary experience with my cat today she developed an abscess on her neck. It grew within 24 hours and kept getting bigger. They got her in immediately (first available they had) and took care of her. She’s home, happy and healthy. On medication and going to be ok thanks to this wonderful team. I’ve been going here for years since my first dog. They really do care about their patients even if they are a busier office. 10/10 recommend!”

“Great vets and staff! Be prepared that the prices are soooo much higher (close to 50% more) than anywhere else I have been. I understand that they have top vets and expensive equipment to pay for, but for example I was charged $85/dose for an antibiotic while my horse was at R and R. I was sent home with the same meds and it was $15/dose (same amount). That is a 500% markup over the already marked up medication they sent home. This is just one of the many surprises I got on my bill. I have gone back because I love the vet who has treated my horse, and the staff really care. But in the future if it is not an emergency that needs immediate treatment, I will drive further to Tufts University Equine Hospital.”

“Today I had to unfortunately put my dog to sleep she was 11 and suffering in pain and loosing control of her bowels. I called every vet today to see if I could bring her in as I never want my animal to live in pain. No vet would take her and gave me the number for here and they were so sweet especially Gabby! They explained everything thoughly and she went peacefully in my arms. Im getting her cremated it was a little pricey but the care and compassion was worth every penny. Thank you guys!”

“Our cat developed cold symptoms over the Christmas holiday and our regular vet and emergency clinic were both closed the day after Christmas. I called Dr. Lansing and his wife due to the great reviews they have and hoped they would see him. He told me to bring my cat in a few hours from when I called and I’m glad I did- my cat had a high fever and needed a medication injection and meds to take home. He’s feeling better already and I’m grateful for both of them for helping us in a time of need. Thank you!”

“I have 5 rescue cats, all of which have had continued vet care. My most recent rescue was a kitten. My regular vet office wasn't able to help me with this kitten, but Dr. Jolie didn't hesitate to help. She went above & beyond what any other vet had ever done for me & my pets. She helped me to give this little guy (who was very sick) the best possible life he could have. Unfortunately, despite her dedication, loving & deeply caring heart, he passed away 1/11/22.It was very obvious I had found the most caring vet & staff any animal lover could ask for, Binx left behind 4 older brothers (cats) & a sister who's a Goldendoodle, they were best friends & she hasn't stopped looking for him.His brothers will now have continued vet care with Dr. Jolie, as will his best dog friend. To Dr. Jolie, I can't thank you enough for everything you did & tried to do for Binx. His four cat brothers & dog sister are looking forward to having you as their forever vet. RIP Binx, you are so very missed & forever loved.”

“We've been going to this vet for years. I like their variety of hours. Dr. Serfis is great as well as Dr. Honeycut. And my dogs love the couches there! :0) - Haven't had a bad experience here yet!”

“We had a unique situation with our dog, and Dr. Pam Reppert went out of her way to address our dog's eye trauma issue. Thanx to her caring and accurate diagnosis, Boomer's eye injury cleared up in under 48 hrs. Nice to deal with a veteran veterinarian who has experience and compassion for treating her Client's animals.”

“My pups used to see Dr. Ryan years ago, so after moving back to the area from out of state, I brought them to see her again at her new practice. We were not disappointed! Springs Family Vet clinic is immaculate, and it is obvious the effort the staff has taken to create a truly fear free environment:The office featured a carpeted scale (my boy has never hopped on a scale so fast!), treat stations, and toy bins. We were pleased to find that we were placed into a room immediately, and given a bandana with calming Adaptil spray. My boy was popping into toy bins rather than worrying about being at the vet!Dr. Ryan is one of the most knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate vets that I have trusted my babies care to. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new vet!”

“I cannot thank this vet enough for how they have helped me the past several months. I had to put one of my guinea pigs down after his consistent, severe battle with his paw being injured. Now, one of my guinea pigs is having respiratory issues. I'm a guinea pig rescuer, I intend on forming my own rescue, and despite this vet being a little over an hour away from me, I am so unbelievably thrilled to go there and make the journey when my guinea pigs are having an emergency. Thank you so much”

“If I could give 10 stars I would!I took our horse there for a lameness exam and a second opinion. Dr. Steve and his staff were all so nice to us. They took their time to explain everything and get a plan going for our horse. He answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or like he was trying to talk me into unnecessary things. Leaving I felt great and like I actually had a plan for my horse. They were also so sweet to my daughter. Great experience!”

“The vets are very good with my pets. The only complaint I have is them pushing for drop off appointments rather than specific times. This does not work with my work schedule and taking care of an elderly father.”
