“Super warm-hearted staff! My family was there not for medicine but for help to contact nearby auto repair shop to fix my car. My car was broken down and my cell didn't have network. The staff in Stone's pharmacy helped me called the local auto repair store and I was able to talk with the technician. This is a huge help for my family who was here for camping and desperate with a broken car! I didn't get prescription filled here but I will definitely trust them for taking care my medicine if I lived here. Thank you, Stone's pharmacy!”

“We really appreciate the time the pharmacy staff spent on the phone with me to determine the easiest way to administer meds to our cats who didn't want to take them. LOL Cats, gotta love them. The compounded cream was the answer. We are very pleased to have a nearby compounding pharmacy with such a knowledgeable staff. “Always a good experience at Ballston Spa Hannaford on Trieble Avenue. During the pandemic and now Hannaford has stepped up their game with their app coupons, sales on meat and overall price comparison. Many times the prices are compatible with Aldi. But unlike Aldi you get a lot of services like a knowledgeable butcher or helpful associate. I used to laugh when friends called Hannaford 'Can't Afford'. That moniker no longer fits...:-)”

“This is my go to pharmacy especially when McCanns is closed . They have the best staff . The young male pharmacist is a delight . The other male pharmacist is also a great man. A bit quiet at first but truly a great guy. The female pharmacist is also a great person. Always a good experience. The pharmacy techs are also very helpful. They will help you find any over the counter meds . They all seem to have good info on the vitamin supplements and other cough meds . They have a huge selection . We get our medication from them because the store brands are an excellent way to save you double on what some companies charge . Ibuprofen is a hot comodety in our home. So save yourself the money and check out the store brand products. We got on board with them a few years back and haven't looked back. I hope this helps you feel comfortable talking with these professionals .”

“(I lived on Guam for the last 2 years, where nothing gets to the island if not frozen and then boated there so my opinions may be bias. The fruit isn't rotting? You can find fresh milk, AND it's not $10 a gallon? There's more than 1 option for the thing you want? It's heaven.) My go to grocery shopping spot. Large selection, good deals, fresh produce, and usually not very busy. It is annoying that when you have an issue with self checkout there isn't someone there to help right away, you just have to stand and wait but it's not a huge deal ?”

“I have been shopping at Hannaford since they opened in Saratoga. There has always been issues with personnel. Maybe it is just my way of thinking, I was brought up believing in manners, respect, etc. I visited the store a week ago, obeyed the face mask rule, also wore disposable gloves, went the correct way up the aisles. I got a bit confused where to stand in line, been recovering from a stroke and 1st time out by myself in 5 months. Cashier sort of sapped at me where to stand. She could have said it in a nicer tone. Then she started to talk, I couldn't hear, front end manager said "less taking, more working." I was shocked, mad and embarrassed for this cashier. It isn't WHAT she said, but how she said it. Went to Target a few days later and none of this snappiness happened. They seemed happy to see me!”

“Being that this Walmart is upstate and kinda in the sticks (no offense to the townies) you can expect it to be a lot better than the ones we have on the island! This Walmart is yuuuuge and they've got literally everything here. From what I can, they've got a nail salon, hair salon, auto shop, very big grocery section and so much more. They even sell real guns, which is pretty awesome because to my knowledge the ones by me don't. They have everything you could need and things you never knew you needed. Saratoga is a really cool town and this is probably the largest Walmart I've been to. Super friendly staff too!”

“Why do I keep forgetting about this Rite Aid location? I've visited several times over the years to pick up random items and it's never too busy, always really clean and it's been easy to find whatever I needed. The store is also very spacious and the staff is always great. And...I'll admit, the candy selection doesn't suck, either. But I want to give a particular shout out to the pharmacist - I believe his name was Steve. I went to this Rite Aid last night for my Covid booster shot. I had my appointment and was in and out within 10 minutes. Steve's "bedside manner" is exceptional! I wish I had my first two jabs here-I didn't even feel the shot last night. My previous two experiences (at a different pharmacy) were administered by someone that was not as gentle, knowledgeable or friendly. There are stuffed animals on the table for people that are nervous/anxious. Steve uses humor to literally make it quick and painless. While I don't have a lot of anxiety around immunizations, a lot of people do. I'd send them to this Rite Aid location and hope that Steve is the one that takes care of them. While I was waiting, I heard some of the chatter from afar in the prescription area-the staff members behind the counter were upbeat, friendly and informative. They were the exact opposite of the folks at the other pharmacy that I went to for my first 2 covid shots. (They were understaffed, overwhelmed and cranky). Why the stark difference? I don't know... but I'm considering moving my prescriptions here if need be (although I don't take any medications).”

The workers deserve higher pay and this alone should boost morale at this location. You have one young boss running around doing everything. He's stocking the shelves, handling check out then sweeping the floors. For what? Minimum wage? Increase pay. Review over.”

“I like this pharmacy because the whole staff interacts with the customers. There isn't a person working there who hasn't rang up my scripts, including the pharmacists. They're all extremely personable. This pharmacy is small and is just that, a pharmacy. There is no store so don't expect to buy chicken noodle soup and crackers here. They only sell a handful of over-the-counter medicines and supplies. No food, cosmetics, etc.”

“Received both of my Covid Vaccination Doses here and everyone was super friendly and quick as well! Made sure everyone was social distancing and got everyone through their shots in a timely manner while also allowing everyone to take their post 15 minutes to make sure they didn't react to the shot.That also being said they have a wide selection of products, even snacks and drinks I haven't found anywhere else. Front end clerk was polite and friendly and the entire store was clean and within covid guidelines as far as I could tell”
