Good place that has all your needs. Staff is friendly and helpful.
My only gripe is the hours of operation are completely random. Some days it's open at at 10am others not til 4pm or later it seems without any notice.

Unprofessional. They open and close whenever they feel like it. Hours are never accurate. Employees will sit behind the counter on their phones and refuse to unlock the door even if you are watching through the window. Not worth the drive.

Met Amar there behind the counter. He took the time to explain everything in detail on my new Smok Alien Mod. Even to making me do things to understand and operate the machine. He tested everything, used my ideas to recommend good e juice flavors. I had an amazing experience and am now a loyal customer. There are places closer to me but the extra mile is TOTALLY worth it for me. This is the only vape shop in the Floral Park/New Hyde Park area that I would recommend.

Just walked out of Aces up. I have been vaping for over a year now. Had a great experience with Sammy. He is a very well educated Fellow vapor. He made some fantastic suggestions for me as far as juices and hardware. He really knows what's he talking about. His customer service is impeccable. I strongly suggest shopping here. Highly recommended. Good luck boys.
