In April I went to Serafina for my son’s wedding. Josephine picked 6 dresses and I knew the last pick was the one. She immediately had Antoinette take measurements and the dress was a perfect fit. The wedding was 10/5/24 and the compliments I received was incredible.

I had been to 6 other dress shops and they all had the same selection. If you’re looking for something special and unique with first class service this is thee store for you! Thank you so much, can’t wait to wear the dress to my son’s wedding!!

Snooty customer service. Offered very limited selections to try on despite being very open to any design/style, color, and even price. Budget was not a limiting factor yet what was offered for me to try was. Sales people seem nice but very reserved and expressionless. Never offered introductions upon entering. Despite all of this, I was easily granted an appt. when I needed one and I was the only one in the shop which has a lovely, super clean boutique feel. If only the staff were more welcoming and receptive from then get-go. Self-reflection is in order here. The minimal inventory I did see were classic, quality gowns that can be customized, but nothing truly unique about the style and materials.

I had such a wonderful experience at Serafina Design. Josephine, Serafina, and Antonette are all so helpful. They make you feel so special while you are in the store and give you their undivided attention at all times. From beginning to end, I received exceptional customer service. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I am forever grateful to them for making me feel and look like a princess. I highly recommend Serafina Design!

Serafina was recommended to me last year when I had trouble finding a special dress for my daughter’s wedding ceremony. When I walked in, surrounded by an treasure trove of stunning gowns, I knew I would find the perfect dress. And I did! So gorgeous I wore it again this year for my daughter’s reception. Shopping there is a dream - no pressure. Just two people who know what they are doing & how to help you find the ideal dress for any special occasion.

I purchased a gown for my son's wedding at Serafina Design. They have a great selection of dresses and gowns to choose from. They were professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. They made sure I was totally satisfied with the finished product. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a dress for a special occasion to go there. You will not be disappointed!

I am so happy to write a review for Serefina Design! I can only start my review by saying JUST GO!! I purchased my Mother of the Bride dress for my daughter’s wedding at Serafina, I could not have been happier with my shopping experience! My dress was absolutely spectacular and it was truly like no other dress I have ever seen! Josephine was absolutely the best! She always made me feel so special! By the time I actually picked up my dress I felt like we were old friends, and I was sorry to think about the fact that I would not be able to see her anymore! Not only do they have amazing, one of a kind dresses, they have amazing accessories as well! I was able to purchase my shoes, purse and show stopping earrings all in the same shop, with expert advice from my new “friend” Josephine! Serafina is an outstanding seamstress! She is an extremely talented, experienced, creative dress maker! You will feel, as I did, very confident in her abilities to “fit you” properly in your dress! As I started my review, I highly recommend you JUST GO! You will not be disappointed in the quality of the service or in the amazing selection of “one of a kind” spectacular dresses!

I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding this past August. She found Serafina online. It looks like a small boutique but it is packed with everything that you will need for a wedding or a special event. Whether you want a dress/pants or gown. I got a beautiful knee length beaded dress which I was complimented on all night. I also got my shoes and evening bag there along with the appropriate undergarments. The mother (Sera) and daughter (Josephine) are two lovely people. Not pushy but honest and do not rush you When I went back for my fitting Sera even made me a face mask to wear to match my dress. Class. If you need a dress/gown for a special event you must go to Serafina. You won't be disappointed. Dorothy Keller
