The ladies were quick and helpful. They took my passport photo and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Basically the opposite of every Post Office experience I've ever had before.”

“Came here on a wing and a prayer to get passports for my children. I noticed a sign stating they were short staffed and were not processing any passports today. I decided to take a chance and ask. I was in luck. Marion told me he could help but he has to take care of the packages and mail first. And if I didn't mind waiting a bit he could help me. I was so appreciative. He was patient and kind. I'm so happy he was able to help us. Great customer service!”

With the highly aggressive competition from private firms with huge corporate funds, we appreciate that a taxpayer funded government institution is subject to budget cuts, and often local Post Offices are not given the manpower they require to keep up with the demand on their staff. “Eddie helped me with my children’s passports and he made the entire process so easy. He answered questions about the paperwork and was knowledgeable about a unique situation we were dealing with. He was meticulous but everything was done quickly and perfectly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 7 months, they were both having a bad day because a lot had gone wrong, but Eddie made it brighter. He was extremely kind and patient with my both of them. In my opinion, Eddie is worth more than 5 stars.”

“I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.”

“I honestly don't understand why the reviews are so negative from other people. Coming from Brooklyn, this post office is a blessing in comparison to what I've dealt with in the past. There is usually never any rush so I'm in and out and there is also a parking lot as well. I've only dealt with two staff members who seem to be there regularly and they are both extremely helpful and kind. I've been mailing out everything from here the past few months and don't plan to stop in the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work!”

“I've been going to this post office several times a week for the last couple of months (so about ~20 times total) and I love it. I've NEVER had a bad experience -- the clerks are incredibly nice and have gone out of their way to help me figure out the lowest price for sending packages, are always efficient and appropriately staffed, and generally pleasant people. This location also stays open longer than most of the other post offices around.I'm genuinely surprised by some of these negative reviews. I just moved to the area, and the post office where I used to live (in Manhattan) had horrible service (would close early, always understaffed, extremely slow even when there's a line) -- so I have something to compare to. But with this post office, I genuinely look forward to biking over, being greeted kindly, and sending off my letters and packages.”
