Super service from Steven at Eric Comfort Shoes. There are so few old time shoes stores left with such varied selections and styles. Steven was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store if you want a truly comfortable, stylish shoe where you are fitted properly and given personal attention. From sneakers to dress shoes to sandals, you should give this store a try.

Eric Shoes has a variety of shoe options. I got 5 pairs ranging from sandals to sneakers to dress shoes. I had the best care and service with Steven. He understood my style and showed me many options. He was so patient with me asking for so many shoes to try. I highly recommend going to Eric Shoes! (And ask for Steven)

A great place to shop for shoes. Very attentive staff and a large selection of shoes to choose from. Jayson was great at suggesting similar shoes to the ones I picked out, giving me more of a variety to choose from. The staff is very welcoming and patient.

Life changing to have comfortable shoes! I have a bunion and wear orthotics. I got the best sneakers (that fit an orthotic), dress shoes that are comfortable AND stylish and sandals for the beach. I would highly recommend this store.

I visited Eric Comfort shoes in Williston Park with my Dad recently. He has been having mobility issues and was in need of a good, comfortable pair of shoes & a pair of sneakers.Harvey helped us and he was wonderful ! ! It has always been refreshing to find a store with such a great variety of sizes and styles with extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient salespeople. My Dad wears 8-1/2 EEE, not an easy fit ! !I highly recommend Eric Comfort Shoes in Williston Park ! !

I have been going to Eric Comfort Shoes for many years. They have a wonderful selection of all types of footware. They have very high quality European brands as well. The customer service is excellent. The manager and all the salesmen are very helpful. Jason helped me purchase Ecco shoes which were half off

Store credit only for returns. They hold your money hostage and they don’t tell you when you shop there for the first time. I have a hard time buying shoes that are comfortable. When I got home the pairs were too tight. Now I’m stuck with store credit. Several brands that they sell will give you your money back even if you’ve worn them for 6months if you buy directly from manufacturer. Satisfaction guaranteed. In this day and age why would anyone shop at a store that won’t refund original form of payment?!

This is a great store. Clean, bright interior with a great assortment of styles, colors and manufacturers. Jason and Harvey were terrific in making sure that I had the right shoes with the right fit.
