They installed a bocce court at our community's private beach/picnic area and that was the best that ever happened. When the installation settled off kilter it took weeks of daily calls and texts and many broken assurances and work overload excuses until they finally fixed it. Now two years later they have done the same as to honoring their warranty to fix weather damage. And they want us to sign an annual maintenance contract going forward ! I cannot recommend them

Elite not only gave us a very competitive pricing for our new school football field (60' x 100'), they were so professional and NICE!Jason was the easiest guy to deal with and he made sure all of our concerns were dealt with.We had some changes (placement on property, logos etc) and they accommodated them all.Most importantly, the students love it; we look forward to many years of enjoyable sports on our new turf!

Elite Synthetic completed a job by us but failed to pay the local vendors. Now, he disappeared and doesn't answer calls or emails. Everything was agreed upon before the job began. The owner is full of smiles and handshakes, but is not honorable. I would look elsewhere for your turf needs, he doesn't pay his debts and has no concerns over doing it.

Great addition to the back yard and the Elite Team was a pleasure to work with! They were in and out in 2 days and I now how something to enjoy for a lifetime!

Team was professional and clean. In fact, they try to cause as little damage to the surrounding property and replaced any damaged grass with sod which was completely unexpected. I would highly recommend Elite Synthetic Surfaces.

So happy with the new addition to our back yard! This putting green was completed in 2 days and it is something we will enjoy forever. It was such a pleasure dealing with the entire Elite Team from start to finish!
