“My first encounter with TNT involved the repair of my Bose Speakers. The service was fast and reasonably priced. But most importantly, the repair work was done correctly and the speaker work like new. As a result of my good experience, I returned a few months later with a Sony 300 Multi Disc Player, whereby the carousel failed to function. TNT was able to repair the component in a short amount of time for a fair price. The unit now works like a charm. “Vic just called me, I have bad news and bad news. Your 3 year old Sony Bravia TV main board went into the light. I'll dispose of the unit for you. I wish I could have written a glowing review for Page TV. They are the *Only* authorized Sony dealer on Long Island. Do you know what a PIA it was to load the flat screen and bring it to Hicksville when I live out east?? It's no fault of Page TVs, you have to be good to be an authorized dealer. Vic, your firm seems knowledgeable. I thank you for trying your best to revive my Sony. Looks like I'll be shopping on Labor Day for a new TV.”
“First time at Superior Electronics to fix a Yamaha powered speaker (DSR115). The owner, Kent, has been doing this for 30+ years. Pro-audio and TVs are his specialty. I didn't even know this repair shop existed so close to where I live.He offered to check the speaker out and bill me an agreed rate only if he fixed it. No diagnostic fees. His rates were reasonable. “I am so glad that I met Joshua! My 6yo Dell laptop was giving me a weird error message about my power adapter not being recognized. This laptop has never given me any issues so I was so hoping that it would be an easy remedy. Quick background info...I originally brought my laptop to the other location in Great Neck, but Daniel just read the error message and said "it was fine." He never even touched my laptop or tried to diagnose the issue. I left the store not feeling right with his assessment and was even wondering if I should just buy a new laptop. Well, I am so glad that I didn't give up on it. My brother-in-law told me to try this location as Joshua had fixed things for him in the past and he was happy with his work. It took Joshua 5 seconds to diagnose the issue...the charging port was broken. He told me to ask Dell if they could send me the part. I got the part today and brought it to him. He fixed it in 30 minutes. Amazing! Thank you, Joshua!”
