Reaction to Bank manager of Williston, NY.I went to the bank to ask a quick question. As a 30+ year account holder, the manager standing 10 feet from me, sent a teller to tell me to make and appointment and come back another time. Very poor customer service. Teller was very kind.

Takes over an hour to do anything here because there are 2 employees for 20 people waiting. Also the hours are horrible

Don't bother to make an appointment -- you will not be seen at your appointment time or even with a half an hour of your appointment time.

I had always had a wonderful experience at the Williston Park branch and, as a result, this is now my go to branch. The reps. at this branch are knowledgeable, courteous and eager to help with any issue that or problem I have that needs attention. When I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile. I oils not ask for anything more!!!

I was there for a large bank check on a Friday morning and I was helped immediately by the clerk. The process took a while and another person came up to the front to process the customers behind me. Over all, a pretty smooth experience considering what I was asking.

I went to cash a check to this bank Feb 26. I was treated in a very bad manner by one of the executive ladies there. She ask me so many questions like if I was lying. I haven't been treated so bad in my life. The lady even pull the check out of my hands in a very bad manner. I felt discriminated. I wouldn't recommend this bank not even to my wors enemy.

Rupinder has to be one of the most disgruntled and rude tellers I have ever encountered at BofA. I literally considered changing banks because she is so difficult to deal with. Would love to see a friendlier teller at this location.

Worst bank I have ever been to. I have had numerous issues dealing with different employees. I have had the door locked on me as I was walking in and pretended like I did not exist. (Just to let then know their atm was not working) I just called to exchange usd to euros and I was told to go to a exchange center instead of going there. I will be removing my accounts.
