WOW...What a Beautiful job in repairing the scratch on the car. The charge was less in what was quoted. The only thing was that I had to ask them if the car was finished, but no problem!

The service was great! Came in for an oil change and an inspection. Tom ( service)is always a pleasure and makes sure I leave, with everything I need. I met a new girl ( African American- forgot her name) when I arrived and she greeted me, with such professionalism I felt very special. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

Went in for a tire rotation. Was greeted right away by a friendly employee. Everyone in the building was pleasant. Fifteen minute wait. Outstanding. They even washed my car. All part of the car warranty. I've been to many dealers over the years and West Herr Toyota in Williamsville is miles above all others. I actually look forward to going there.....and they have great coffee. Thank you.
