The sales experience with Aron was pleasant, straightforward and smooth. Aron went above and beyond to make our car purchase go through. Very good was greeted when my daughter and i walked in. Test drove a kona and Andy Mac Donald listened to our needs and we were able to get out of our lease and buy a new vehicle on the spot. John the sales manager worked with us and came out and thanked us for our business. Jimmy the finance manager was very professional and helpful. Keep up the good work

My son bought his first vehicle through West Herr Hyundai. All staff were extremely friendly and easy to work with.Sales associate, Jerry Simon sat down with us, answered all questions and gave us valuable information to aid in our car shopping.Days later when I reached out to him about a potential vehicle, he was prompt in his responses and helpful throughout.This was the easiest car shopping I have done in years!I will not hesitate to return in the future!

This is the 4th Hyundai I have purchased. Anthony Damico made my purchasing experience pleasurable. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got me into a car 5 years newer with a better package than I had at only $13 more a month than I paid for my last Tucson. I appreciated that he made sure my new vehicle was all set up the way I liked it before driving off the lot. West Herr took care of me as a return customer and I will definitely be back.

We purchased a new car a year ago from West Herr Hyundai for my daughter and unfortunately my she was in an accident a few weeks ago and it was totaled. I reached out to Sophie and we went and test drove the same car but better trim package. Getting my daughter into another car went very smooth and Sophie was great to work with. Picked up last night and we are very happy. Considering the situation that got us here they were very accommodating. Thank you so much for making this easy!

It's been a long time since I bought a new car, and I'll admit I was very nervous! My father purchased a car from Brandon and had high praise.He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I never felt pressured, and drove away with a car that I'm already in love with. Cannot recommend him enough!Only wish I'd gotten a life size Josh Allen cutout to go with it! Go Bills!
